Joe and his crew did a full suspension lift and wheel/tire install on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. His quote was very competitive and his work was outstanding. Very happy with how everything came out and highly recommend them.

Tony is very knowledgeable and quite accommodating to the customer experience! I was able to drop my car off off hours after speaking with Tony via phone and was able to travel. More importantly, he and his team's service department makes certain the customer knows what occurred with their vehicle without any ambiguity. Brought my Ford vehicle in for with 4 major service concerns--All were address and my car is more than 10 years old runs brand new! Thanks Tony.

I thought my Subaru was pinging because it was making a rattling noise at a certain RPM. I made an appointment and brought my car in. After I described the problem, one of the guys told me that it might just be a heat shield rattling, which would be a LOT cheaper than fixing engine knock. I called the next day, and it was the shield! Praise God! They were very courteous, honest, and friendly. I had one of the brownies that one of the other reviewers wrote about. Couldn't be happier!

Jeff and his crew are the ONLY mechanics I trust to service my car. They are reliable, helpful, and most importantly honest. Honesty is hard to find in the car service business, and over the past ten years, Jeff has never once told me I needed something when I didn't. His prices are fair and justified. He gives honest opinions as to what I need, what I don't, and what I'll need in the near future. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate Dedham Service. One of his mechanics even fixed something that I noticed was broken on my car but I never even asked them to fix it, it was more body shop work then what I thought they were qualified for, but he took it upon himself to fix it, and when I seen that he did that, I was almost in tears, he saved me so much money. Give Dedham Service a shot if your looking for a new mechanic.

Always accommodating..! But they're usually busy might take a extra day or so..., but worth the wait! Jeff the owner is always available when u need to stop in for a question... as well as helpful ex: I needed air in my tire but didn't realize it!! Marcia the secretary is very kind and will answer most of your questions.... and is knowledgeable of Jeff schedule and can put u on the calendar!! That way they're expecting u and know the length of time your car needs!! I highly recommend this Service center and have been using them for a few yrs.
