Terrible experience all around. Beth was very rude and condescending during the entire appointment. She asked me come in an hour early and I still waited 25 minutes for the appt. As my hair was processing I mentioned I was nervous it looked like it was coming out too dark, she said no it’s not too dark and yes it is. My hair came out a whole different color than i wanted and have been dying it for years. I messaged her to ask if she could fix the color and she sent me a “peace” emoji telling me to go find another stylist. She charged me $180 for a root touch up and gloss that took her 25 minutes and she missed multiple spots in the back of my head. Seriously so rude and disrespectful. She is now harassing me at my work , calling and making threats due to me leaving a bad review.

Cheyenne is amazing. She's a miracle worker and I always leave loving my hair despite my constant indecision about what I wanted. She somehow always knows/interprets perfectly. It's also a beautiful shop with a laid back, friendly vibe.

Rachael is AMAZING. She knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my mane after a rough experience. She explained her plan as well as her thought process and I could not be happier with the results! � Also, the salon is gorgeous.
