This target used to be nice but it has gone so down hill.... The store at any given day at any given time looks like a hurricane went through it. The price gauging, the lines that wrap around the store, never having what you need.... This store is not worth it by any means.

Today I purchased 2 boxes of fresh step cat litter that Mark at the service desk held for me. There was also someone who went and got it for Mark ( sorry do not know his name), these 2 associates should be praised for there hard work. They were courteous and friendly. I'm not sure if your company gives praise to associates that do an outstanding job but if you do please recognize these 2 individuals.

Another favorite location of my wife. As other target locations you can expect this one to be nicely organized and clean.

horrible customer service at the registers and customer service desk. store was an absolute mess. so many staff standing around talking and nobody cleaning or assisting guests. unbelievable

After returning an item at the customer service desk (which took about 10 minutes) to complete I then decided to shop at the store. After shopping I was cashing out at the register using my “red card” and noticed that one of my items on sale rang in for $25 instead of $20. I informed the cashier and she told me “ when I get done cashing you out you can go back into the store (with my merchandise) and take a picture of the sale price, then bring it to customer service where you can wait in line for a refund.” ? I then asked to speak to a manager because I thought well that is just ridiculous. She looked left and right and said “well I don’t see one right now” then proceeded to cash out the customer behind me. I did as I was told and it did take a while, needless to say I am very disappointed in the customer service that I have received at target. I am a regular customer and spend a lot of money there. Hopefully something can be done about this so called policy that they have in place for items ringing up incorrectly.

Let’s be honest, Target’s “Clearances” are not what they used to be…$17.99 marked down to $13.99 is not a CLEARANCE.However, going to Target has always been a pleasurable experience. Normally, it’s clean, employees are friendly and helpful and the signage in the store is sufficient.I do wish they had a bigger selection of home office-type products.

Target is a great place to get stuff for the house, fashion and health and beauty products. This time, I stopped at this one to check out some fans for the beach house. I was in the vicinity so it was an easy stop to make. Their prices and their quality are very good, sometimes a tad higher than Walmart or HomeGoods, but they have a good selection of the items and they keep their shelves very well stocked. You can always buy stuff online and pick them up at the Online Order desk.

Love the Dartmouth Target, associates are helpful easy to find things I needed. Checkout was fast.

Whenever we visited the kids sections clothes are all over the place. And most of the products in hygiene section are often sold out and you can’t find them for a few months.

Tried calling multiple departments several times each to speak with someone on the phone and it always rings out completely, nobody answers. I can’t get someone to even answer the phone and I’m calling at 2:00pm. (12/22/2022)

First time using the pick up option. It was very easy and when I picked up my items it went very quick. The employee that delivered my items was very professional and courteous. Very nice kid and I wish I got his name.I’ll be using this again.

Aailiyah in electronics was very helpful in assisting with picking out a phone screen protection and case for my new phone. She even helped applying the screen protector for me. Great service

Wow- I was really hoping to find a much cleaner target here in Massachusetts- no luck :-/The entire place is in disarrayThe women’s restroom is a hot mess with two toilets out of orderThe team all looks like the store manager pooped in their WheatiesI must give a big thumbs up to the target on Montgomery Blvd in Albuquerque, New Mexico for having the cleanest store with the friendliest team!

I ordered home supplies and target packaged things great! Taped up, in plastic bags with zip ties to prevent spillage. Got them right at the time they said. Great job! I have ordered before, but I usually pick up.
