Owners are unprofessional & terrible communication and attitude. People ordered after me and got there item first, It wouldn't have been a problem if they communicated with me.Then when they handed me my ice cream ,I said thank you. Instead of saying you're welcome. He just give me a dirty look. I know I did not spend a lot of money but I still work hard for it and they won't be seeing any more of it.

Frequent often while visiting area and prefer anywhere else. There’s a nasty vibe here. The employees don’t know where products are or like English or possibly their customers. Higher than expected prices too.

We just left Prestige after buying our son his first car. Our salesperson was Calvin and he was outstanding! He is professional , courteous, and knowledgeable with great sense of humor.If you’re looking for a used vehicle go see Calvin at Prestige.

Strongly recommend not giving any business to Prestige Market in Dartmouth. Placed a takeout order for my family. Arrived and the owner said they cancelled the order and I should have been told. Two hungry little kids. Owner assured me we wouldn’t be charged. Well I got charged. Called them to have this fixed they said they couldn’t do anything and to call the app they require you use to place takeout. Called the app, they said ok we just need to confirm with the restaurant that you didn’t receive the order. Well guess what? Prestige told the app it had been fulfilled. Totally horrendous business practice to the level of intentional misrepresentation. Will NOT be giving this business any more of our money and you shouldn’t either.

Halloween placed a online order showed up and the owner said he had cancelled order. Showed him the text we had received saying order was ready. He assured me we would not be charged. We were charged. Contacted the app they use and the store. Neither will do anything. This is THEFT. Don’t do business with them. Will notify as many as possible of the SHADY business practices.
