A message came up that it was not activated and to contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur. I work in Warwick RI and went to the location nearby and that location was no help to me. After work I drove here and they diagnosed the problem and got my phone working. It was a defective SIM card. I highly recommend this location because of its knowledge staff and excellent customer service.”
