Our car failed inspection and we needed our muffler fixed. We brought it to meineke to be repaired. They asked if we had it inspected at bliss a few blocks away, we had. They ordered the part and we brought the car back to be fixed. Not only did they fix the car but they brought it back to bliss and had it reinspected. When we picked up the car it was all set. Great customer service.

What are you waiting for!! My goto Mechanics for years, and I've driven across country stopping at Meineke along the way. Thank you TJ and THANK YOU everyone. Speaking especially to Seniors, they're are the real deal! STL 2002 LEXUS RX300 Muffler, catalytic converter, ABS work. Again: Meineke has never let me down. From Attleboro to Dartmouth, consistent on how they perform from the start to finish. I would drive across the country, again, with ease stopping at Meineke along the way. They're Owners, Counter people, Computer Troubleshooting Analyst, MECHANICS, are by far selected with care. I'm a senior woman, and I was stunned at the respect I received! I had a full muffler installed and ABS work. Fantastic results and right on the estimate to the end. THANK YOU, TJ, and THANK YOU, Brian, J.. all of you for a great experience! 2002 LEXUS RX300

Wish I could give less than a star. Booked online, it only lets you choose 1 service. I needed an oil change and my AC checked. I chose 'oil change' as my service and then in 'other notes' I put, 'AC blows but isn't cold, please check'. Went in straight from work on a break, was in the middle of a call, he asked what I was there for. I said oil and once over. Long story shorter, somehow I ended up with my oil change, a tie rod, an alignment, you know, $300+ later ... and no AC check. I asked why and he said I didn't tell him. I advised I put it in my appointment notes. He said that doesn't carry over. Are you kidding me!?! Ridiculous. Never again.

If it hadn't been for the fact that they refused to rotate my tires with my synthetic oil change, which the Meineke website says they do with all oil change "packages," this would've been a very positive experience and a five-star review. I chose Meineke because it was nearby and also because I thought the coupon for a $50 synthetic oil change included free tire rotation. No, the desk cashier informed me: If you use the coupon, it's not considered an oil change "package," it's just an oil change. So how much extra for a tire rotation? Well, if you're using the coupon, it's actually more expensive by a few dollars, she said, than buying the "package." Pretty misleading coupon, even she admitted, but it's "the owner's policy." Bye bye, S. Dartmouth Meineke.

Went in for a simple oil change because I needed one for a long drive. Everywhere else was close or busy, and most if not all places charge around $15-$20 for an oil change and they charged $45, complete rip-off, it was 15 minutes of work and it was $45. Unbelievable, and the guy working there signed me up for something that texts me about car updates that I didn't ask for, neither did he ask me if I wanted to sign up. Don't go here, go to Midas on state road, or probably anywhere else in the county

These guys are a sick joke. Two of the employees were high which whatever to each they're own. But when I was quoted $700 for a simple muffler repair on a flat bed gmc 3500. I was shocked! Was told cost of part (muffler) was $200 after much fuss and trying to talk in circles the man reluctantly told me that price.which means the cost of labor, FOR A 2 HOUR JOB. Would be $500!it's a slap in the face. Especially when the employees are unprofessional and unskilled. Very bad business on Dartmouth street! Update: took the truck to muffler and brake on church st. Charged me $360 Very disappointed with Meineke.

Bad experience lately with MEINEKE, DARTMOUTH STREET. Have been happy in the past, but no longer. Had to return for work on my car that obviously wasn't done and charged for work that I have found out was unnecessary. My son purchased a new car battery there and two days later, his car had to be towed back to MEINEKE, DARTMOUTH STREET, because his car would not start. Results...new battery, purchased and put in by MEINEKE, DARTMOUTH STREET, had loose connections...go figure
