I am very impressed from the first call to this company up until the very end waiting on my plates. My credit is not perfect by far but they have given me a second chance and I was treated with dignity through the whole process unlike other companies that just pass you bye when your credit is terrible and do not have thousands to put down. Damn and Brian were amazing I got a great car. Also to all the people who think that buying a car is a quick buying experience. It takes time and patience. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a car and have to get approved. Here is my only issue I got approved on Wednesday 2/21 it is now 2/26 Monday and I still don’t have my car saying that they are waiting for one of their employees to bring the plates. It should not take 4 days to register a car. That is my only complaint

Byrider Dartmouth is THE PLACE TO GO if you no credit or bad credit (less than 600). Working with Jay & Brian and the finance team, they did everything possible to get me an assured car off the lot that day. They found me something new, in mint condition with less than 100k miles, I love my new Car! Five stars. This is definitely the place to buy your first second third car. Was expecting more from a dealership with a 5 Star Rating but the disappointment doesn't surprise me. Fair to Poor Contact from salesman Brian. I needed to keep following up. Suggest you look somewhere else first before checking this location out. ( Comment after owner comment) I was only asked to come in after I followed up multiple times with the status. Even though I was told they would get back to me, no one did until I reached out again, then I was finally told I would need to come in)

I went to JD Byrider to see Jay because there business does business with my business so I like to shop at store that show my business support. So after driving Jay nuts lol ? ? ? for bout 3hrs and a test drive and multiple choices of cars until I found one. Once I found the one I wanted I was very demanding on getting a certain price for the car. After Jay did his magic he got to were I wanted to be with the price. I'm happy to be picking up my new car on Tuesday . And very satisfied with the effort Jay gave to get to that price. I would recommend coming hear to see Jay for any auto sale.
