“Fairhaven location was very helpful in getting our family started with our own cell plan! We had to fight through a lot of issues in getting everything connected right, which ended up being me having an old SIM card... but I have to give a special shout out to Lance. Lance is the man, he was super calm and very professional. He made our experience excellent. If it wasn't for Lance, we would have flat out considered leaving Verizon because of how much of a headache simply transferring a Verizon phone from one Verizon plan to another Verizon plan.
