Nice open gym … the vibe and setting is pretty awesome …Love the 1/4 mile track great for my farmers walkJust wish the weekend time was til about 5 pm closing time … 3 o’clock is abit taxing for me but great all around !!

I’m so impressed with this facility, the front desk staff, the instructors, and even the members! The facility has just about everything you need (no pool)- nice equipment, a cycling studio, a variety of classes available, a sauna, massage chairs, private training, clean locker rooms, etc. The instructors are motivating, friendly, and obviously know their stuff, paying attention to form and injuries, while keeping the class moving! The members are THE friendliest people at a gym that I have ever met. They quickly get to know your name and welcome you in as their own!I have been a fitness instructor for 8.5 years and have been to MANY gyms across the country and in the New Bedford area… HealthTrax in Dartmouth is by far top 3 experiences in my book!

What a bunch of scumbags. Years after having to fight with them to cancel my account (which had expired and I moved across the country) they started spamming my phone out of nowhere?Per your response: If I was not in your system then why did you send me repeated spam texts saying I was in your records and at a location I know I had a membership to?

For the price we pay for membership I wish it had a pool. Hope this reaches the right management team if there is any room available for expansion at this location.

I used to go to the old location across the street when I was in high school and I loved it. I decided to try the new location and it is even better. I come here everyday before and after work. The staff is very friendly. In particular Diane is the best and has made me healthtrax member for life! She is very helpful and friendly. Aside from that, the facility is very clean, staff and members make sure of it! This is definitely the place to go and worth every cent I pay.

I used a guest pass to go to this gym. It was a very pleasant experience. They offered so many amenities; including a racquetball court & sauna. The customer service was good too. I would definitely join if the gym wasn’t so far from me.

Great place to work out , the physical therapy is awesome (Baystate physical therapy) the woman that do PT are amazing at what they do. Kat , Marissa, Susanne and Crew .

Great modern facility; Dean at the front desk is awesome, kind and personable. Deb and Diane on the other hand are VERY condescending and love to talk down on the members here. Remember you are paying 50 bucks a month to join a private gym to workout with no hassles or ridiculous rules like planet fitness but these ladies really like to tell people what to do and when to do it. I've been a member for 6+ years and finally said enough was enough when one of them treated me like a toddler because I was deadlifting without shoes on. She said "this is a public place you need to put your shoes on" with a smirk and head nod. This was only the straw that broke the camel's back as over the years there were MANY sideway comments made. Once I was told to put on longer shorts and stop stretching because I was warming up with my soccer training shorts. Or how about the time I was using a 50 lb and 35 lb kettlebell to superset KB swings and I was told I should "really only be using one piece of equipment at a time." But I encourage you to see for yourself first hand how these 2 ladies treat you and fellow gym members.

Go here pretty much most of the weekdays at different times of the day, usually in the mornings when I am working, or afternoons/evenings when I have other things in the morning. Best time to go is in the mornings, as the late afternoons/evenings seem to be busiest at this gym. Gym is super clean with well-maintained equipment of various types, from dumbbells to barbells, cables and various machines to work out the different muscles in your body. Also has some group fitness rooms and a basketball/raquetball court which looks really nice, as well as a cycling studio. Locker rooms are pretty clean with showers and a sauna. Lastly, there is the hydromassage machines which were really relaxing to use, however they cost extra aside from the regular gym membership. Gym staff is very friendly and accommodating, from the personal trainers to the people that work the front desk, as well as the fellow patrons that attend this gym. For those looking for a good gym in the area, I would recommend this place for sure!

Great gym with a friendly staff. Clean, organized, and members clean up after themselves. The hours need to be extended, preferably in the AM to get in a workout, shower, and get to work.

The hours here do not support working people. Closing at 8pm during the week is not good will never recommend this place for that reason alone. Change your hours health trax. You guys really kicked 40 people out the other night because you close the doors at 8pm sharp.

Great facilities, great staff. Variety of people and accepting and comfortable, proactive atmosphere. Weekend hours are bad! Weekend mornings are very busy for me. Weekend afternoon would be prime! Even if open til only like 3 or 4. Might force me to get a membership somewhere else next year.

Was looking for a new gym to get back into the swing of things post lockdown and could not be happier with HealthTrax. I've been working with an amazing trainer Nikki who has been fantastic with custom workouts that really cater to my needs! If you are looking for a clean gym with professional educated staff look no further!
