Amazing quality of clothes and excellent customer service. Anna was very nice and attentive in asking me if I need other sizes and making sure everything fit. She even made conversation with my husband as I was looking asking about his military service. Overall one of the best experience I've had and absolutely loved her.

Honestly this is the best Francesca's store I've ever been too. Ana is one of the employees who works there and she's the most helpful and down to earth person I've ever met. All of the employees are awesome there but she in particular deserves some recognition for being so personable.

I just stood at the register trying to purchase mothers day gift items. 3 women....not even 2 feet from me continued to merchandise their clothing and did not acknowledge me at all. I was in clear view of them, they saw me. I was the only one in the shop, just waiting by the register. Ended up leaving, still unnoticed. Horrible experience, unacceptable customer service.

I stopped by this store today to pick out a cute top to celebrate my birthday tomorrow night. Elise was incredibly helpful and chose the PERFECT top for the occasion. She was kind and so personable. I thought I was shopping with one of my friends. I absolutely love this store and can't say enough good things about it. Thank you! �
