Frequent this location often..older shorter gentlemen with glasses stocking in the men’s department gave great customer service & because of his help made a sale by getting a shirt down for me. the kid working the cash register though didn’t want to put my apparel in a bag because “it’s his last one in the store” like I’m not a paying customer and don’t need a bag because it’s his last one especially since it was raining out. Do better at the checkouts.

The store is always clean and it’s fairly easy to find what you’re looking for. Decent place. In and out was easy. People working are fine more or less. I smoked before going to get another Stanley impulsively and I got the scaries midway through shopping; lol but it’s fine.

Other than being expensive, The staff on duty was especially helpful and friendly 4 days before Christmas. The store itself was pretty organized and had a lot of stock. The boy in the shoe department wearing plain white New balances was very helpful and then ended up bringing me up and again was very helpful and kind.Kudos to the North Dartmouth store for keeping up the spirit during a busy holiday time.

Cashier asks “how much is this” when the money is handed and did not check himself and put it away, also did not take a security tag off in which I had to take off making the sweater I bought which was $70 get torn and have 2 holes with also the ink that exploded from the security tag and ruined the sweater. I want a replacement.

Do not trust the employees from this store, I order a bucket hat online to pick in store. When I went to pick up my order I realized I didn't like the color and ask the same employee who handed me my order if I can returned it? His response was that he only needed to cancel the order, so I hand him the hat and left. 8 days later I got an email saying that my order was picked up, I call customer service I got no help what so ever because they call the store and my order wasn't there. Yes my order was picked up but not by me!!!!

I have done well over 2000 dollars worth of business here over the course of the last few months. The experience has been a direct reflection of the management when has been awful. 2 weeks ago I bought a defected pair of batting gloves. I explained to the young man who was working the counter that the batting gloves were the last similar pair they had in store and I needed to make sure I secured them. I hurried back to the desk after grabbing the damaged pair out of my trunk only to come back watching him scurry out the door to leave for the day. He advised me to wait for the guy with the white shirt over at a counter. When he never came I asked for a manager, and even thought I purchased the protection plan and bought them less than two weeks ago. Also did the warantee. Even though I bought a damaged pair from the store, not the protection plan, The manager made a spectacle of me in front of the entire store, talking down to me as if I was someone trying to take advantage of her, as I had the card in my hand that I made the original purchase and I’m a score card member. I have worked and owned business all over the country and I would drop this entire staff and start over. I will not be spending anymore of my money here, as i have a new golf set, a new infielders glove for baseball, and cleats I wanted to buy today, that we’re waiting at the counter, which makes this the biggest group of losers I have ever seen

Good size Dick's Sporting Goods store. I went to check some shorts and other items for a friend of mine. She likes bright colors and the selection was really good. I always like to check out their sale and clearance section as well to see what has been discounted from weeks or months before.... The staff was really pleasant and very helpful here.

First time in the store and absolutely horrible. You would think the employees have any clue on any of the products that they are attempting to sell instead it's just a bunch of teenagers that know nothing. Trip well wasted and absolutely no money spent. Absolutely will not return
