If i could give this dealership or sales man Ralph a -100 ☆ I would! Sold me a lemon october 2023 i had complained about many things wrong he straight sugar coated it, BECAUSE I WAS A FEMALE! he claimed he fixed everything in a 30 month period but had my truck for over a week! HE STANDS BY HIS NAME, AND BUISNESS! STRAINGHT B.S.
He says what you want to hear and claims he does it! He is a fraud!

Both my Daughter and I purchased pre owned cars from Dartmouth Motors Auto Sales. The owner, Ralph, was a pleasure to deal with. He took care of all paperwork as well as dealing with my insurance company and the RMV, helped navigate the loan process and when a minor issue arrived he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Used car shopping is usually a nightmare but Ralph made things easy. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle!

totally just ripped off my wife. A/C broken and two visits and a thousand dollars later still broken. Was told to take it to Toyota because they would just be blindly ordering parts till they guessed right. No compensation offered and owner just said sorry we can't help you. Shame cuz they used to be honest
