I have lost count of all the issues I’ve had at this location. It’s the closest CVS to my house, but I will drive further to avoid all the headaches. Either they tell you your script is ready and when you show up it isn’t, or they talk to you like you’re a moron, as if their mistakes are your fault. Not to mention, they are very rude whenever you call and then try to rush you off the phone while you’re still speaking. I highly recommend using another location!

Pharmacy staff work like they are on vacation. No matter what day or time I come there is always a line down the aisle and I'm in there for at least 15 minutes just waiting. Today I sat in line for over 15 minutes and when I got to the register I had to tell the Pharmacy staff my name and dob 4 times before she actually listened and put it in correctly. By the time I was done and paid the line had grown to almost the front of the store. I will be switching Pharmacies as this does not happen at any other Pharmacy I've been to. Any time I call to check on a prescription the pharmacy staff are rude on the phone as well. My psychiatrist has had to call them 3 times before because they either try to fill a script for something that's been discontinued or they have messed up my prescription. Do better!

Came to get my flu shot but the lazy pharmacy tech told me to come another day. I made an appointment for another cvs without any issues. For the record I could have made an appointment the time I went she just wasn’t in the mood. Change your job!

I’ve always liked the staff and the pharmacy staff here. There down to earth and it’s a peace atmosphere and if it isn’t you would never know. And I’m just used of where everything is and I make food extra bucks and I’m whole it’s a great place

The pharmacy staff comes back from their lunch 6 minutes late with 9 people lined up waiting for prescriptions.No apology and no explanation as they walk in past everyone and then continue to talk and laugh w each other while we all watch in disbelief.Find a different pharmacy!

They never have one of the medications I use. Online ordered this med on Thursday. Heard nothing. Went to the store and they never looked online. Lol. Please do away with this if you aren’t checking. They didn’t have the med. Called Kempton St (supposedly). They have it. Gave that store an hour before going. Went there. They never got a request. Come back in 1/2 hour. Do you have 90 day supply because my insurance won’t pay otherwise. Yes we do. Go back in 2 hours, stand in a very long line, they only have one. That one cost more than 3 because if insurance. Tell them to cancel it and remove it from my insurance. Go back to Dartmouth St. Red haired child is pretty rude and not the sharpest tack in the box. Just asked her to order it. Won’t be in until Monday. Okay. I can do without a much needed inhaler for 4 days. Red haired child rolled her eyes. I’ll pick the last of my prescriptions here. I called my doc and had her call all my prescriptions into another pharmacy. CVS…..get your act together. I miss Charlie as the pharmacist. The other pharmacy techs are great and nice. The red haired child is not.

I went to the pharmacy on the day before I was having a tooth pulled. My dentist told his office staff to call in an antibiotic prescription but the pharmacist couldn't find anything in the system at any of the CVS pharmacies in the area. They were able to see that I had a refill on an old prescription and offered to fill it in 15 minutes. I went for gas next door and before I could get the nozzle in the tank, I had a text that the amoxicillin was in the bag and waiting for me. Pharmacists were super busy but had time to make my day easier. Thanks for the effort guys!
