Over the years I have driven by this farm so many times only knowing it as where many people buy their turkeys. Recently disgusted by the "meat" at the grocery stores, I started researching local farms. After reading many reviews and looking through their website Copicut won my vote to try them out. The only thing that was disappointing was that I didn't order from them sooner. The best chicken I've ever eaten! Ground beef pan grease you can see through! The texture and quality you can see and taste! Ordering and delivery is a breeze! I appreciate all their hard work! Give them a try and see for yourself.

I ordered a home delivery package this week and I was really excited to get pastured chicken even though the price is pretty steep. However, when the package arrived my chicken was not sealed properly and freezer burnt! I wouldn't mind but the price is too high for that kind of shoddy packaging!

Just discovered this place at the Winchester farmers market. Young lady is very nice and informative. The pasture raised chicken and steak both awesome. Going to order our thanksgiving turkey from them.

Here is a short and sweet update on this local family farm operation: I love them even more during this pandemic. Copicut Farms makes home deliveries and during the Covid-19 pandemic this service is all the more appreciated. I put in my order on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday mid-morning, my meats had been delivered to my door in a nicely packed cooler. At this point, I think the farm is just about sold out of whatever they had to sell. Needless to say, the home delivery option has been more popular than ever. My order which arrived last week seemed to be one of the last as a quick view of their website shows that they are currently sold out of most everything. But last week I was able to buy several one pound packages of ground beef, as well as ground pork, Italian sausage, and a whole chicken. While we are eating less meat in general even pre-Covid, when we do eat meat, it is only from local farm sources like this. No factory-farmed meat ever in this house. People who take humane and good care of their animals and respect the sacrifice inherent in the death of the animal for food, are the farmers we want to support. Thank you Copicut Farms for everything you do, for your delivery service, for your farm shares and for your ethic.
