Alarms are always going off on products, there's never enough cashier's and checking out literally takes 30 minutes+ no matter when I come here. I regret coming here every single time.

this department store has more employees following anyone of color to make sure $8.00 sweatpants are not stolen. yet only one person working the register every shift. treat the community better before people realize the clearance rack at Macys is still better than Burlington....

Its very dissapointing the lack of customer service. Not only is this store always in disarray but the lack of customer service is appalling. I believe my cashier was Miriam it was hard to tell seeing her hair was covering most her name tag. So first zero greeting as i aproach the register. She rings up my four belongings hits her total button on her pos system walks away to put something behind her never announces the total or anything. I pay the receipt comes out. She looks at it, she hands it to me and says here. I say thank you because even though she has a crapy attitude, she still did a service of ringing me up and I was raised with manners but no response she turns away. The lack of basic manners is ridiculous. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time i've had an interaction like this at Burlington. We need to start raising our standards again when it comes to customer service smh.

Worst shopping experience ever. You literally have to shop off the floor. Also, there’s weird secret shoppers Follow you around while you shop off the floor and look at obscure items as if they’re shopping for them. Stay far away from this place

Very good prices, very good selection of clothes, hair products, you can always find something to buy because it has things for the home, for cars and personal use. I love to visit at least once a month to see what's new.

Went to Burlingron on my day off to shop for summer clothing, spent 2 hours picking out dresses , pants that needed to be tried on before purchasing. Went to the dressing room , which was closed. I found an employee who stated the dressing rooms were closed because they were short- handed. I then told her I had spent 2 hours shopping for clothing that had to be tried on . She replied "sorry" then turned around and ignored me and continued putting clothing away. I left my whole cart full of clothing and purchased 1 non clothing item because I really needed it. I told the cashier at the register what happened, and she said if a customer asks to try on clothing the staff is supposed to oblige. That didn't happen so I won't be wasting my time there again. I do sympathize with them to a degree because some of the people who shop there are slobs. I've seen little kids running around, knocking over clothing etc... and the parents do nothing. I've seen adults try on shoes and leave them in the middle of the aisle. The place is a disaster!

This store has never been running good. Always a disaster every time I have gone in there. Food bags all ripped and on the floor and clothes it’s all over the floor including shoes. Store manager constantly outside smoking and on his phone not taking care of the store. Should definitely be looked into.
