I wish I could give a higher review. I brought my car in for repair, recommended by my insurance, when it all began. Paul stated the repair would take 10 days max. Dropped off car 8/6/24 got it back 9/11/24. Parts were back ordered ………
Had to make several calls myself to them, Auto Insurance, (had rental coverage that expired after 30 days), tried to get extension, called GM, dealership, no assistance and no car for 1 week. However, the work was completed but in my opinion it lacked the customer service a 72 yr. disabled female expected. I would have told you everything that happened but it’s too long a story.

went to auto place to see if they repair cars after accident. the guy who works at front desk started off with an attitude when giving him the info i had on hand. i do not recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Apc Autobody. They contacted me right after I filed a claim with my insurance and had me come for an appraisal and got me a timely date for repair. When I dropped off my vehicle they had a rep from enterprise waiting for me to bring me to get my rental car. Once my vehicle was done I just left the rental behind and was on my way. The quality of repair was exceptional. They also returned my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off both inside and out. All in all I would recommend Apc Autobody for repairs big or small.

Great staff, great product, great experience. My insurance company was dragging their feet to get an appraiser out to do the workup on my vehicle. APC was able to get an appraiser from the same company, but there for a different vehicle, to stop and do mine!

APC Auto did a great job with my 2 week old car after a car accident. Parts are hard to come by these days and APC got them in and installed quicker than I expected.They kept in touch with me through the whole process letting me know details of the ongoing progress.I highly recommend APC Auto as everyone's car repair go to!Services: Tires

The folks over at APC are a great team! They were attentive and made sure that I had what i needed while my car was being worked on. They were booked out about a month but it was well worth the wait; body repairs came out beautifully. When there was some confusion over the insurance claim they were incredibly patient and kind with me and explained it all clearly.
