BE KIND! The big letters on their windows maybe a reminder to the workers who are so rude and have no regard for their customers!!!If your looking for an overpriced babysitter look no more! Wasted 5 yrs and over 10k to have my daughter suppressed in her learning! Coaches are NOT qualified and rude! Kids have left there crying!!!!. It’s just a money grab. You watch an notice all coaches are on their phones 75% of the time!!!They don’t encourage and nourish thriving gymnasts. My daughter taught herself her own backhand spring and they would NOT let her do it in class -Pathetic! She had to beg at end of class to run and practice and they said “quick” with no spot! They hold kids back and keep them on the same level for more $$$. music and routines are EXACTLY the same from Rec to XCEL. So disappointing! We stayed with anticipation the next season would be different, but at the next meet to see NO progress! Besides your tuition going up on the next level the learning does not change!!!The coaches DO NOT show what they did wrong at a meet to better the gymnast. They are to busy on Snapchat and when you talk to other parents they all see it! I spoke up to the owner asking what the coaches qualifications were and and he was very unprofessional defiant and says “Google me” this is how you treat a customer who is speaking up about what is going on at his establishment???? And the manager is even worse! very rude and lacking social skills. She is only interested in making sure your credit card is ran evey month! My daughter has amazing natural skills as I did as a gymnast and at this establishment was suppressed. I was there for 5 yrs and left the end of May and they would not let my daughter attend the banquet. When I called peter to express my concern about my daughter not being able to attend after I rsvp’d and said she wanted to say goodbye to her friends, he said she can reach out to them on social media!!!! Which infuriated me even more as my 11 yr old is not on social media! I paid over $1k for meets in addition to my monthly fee. fun-raised and was a customer over 5 yrs and this is how they treat you???? I wish I read a review like this from someone 5 yrs ago….DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This establishment is so unprofessional I can’t even begin to explain. If you have complete disregard for covid and the laws and regulations put into place to protect the health and safety of the residents of Danvers then come right on in. Nobody is taking social distancing or masks seriously which is just not okay especially around young children who the CDC has said themselves are super spreaders. The disrespect that comes with saying something about it is unfathomable. Think twice before registering here.

The owner is so rude and could care less about your child. Asking her a simple question, she responds with a nasty attitude. She looks at every parent as if they were an annoyance. She is MISERABLE! It shows in her pout and messy hair as she worms around the gym giving dirty looks. I overheard her telling a parent that was simply asking when her next auto pay would come out and she responded by (so embarrassing) yelling that this was HER gym and she has a wait list and doesn’t need any new business. The parent was so confused. I don’t know if it’s a medical issue or what. Ask around enough and you will definitely get someone to tell you the same. She should retire and let the other owners take over.

My daughter and I both love this place. Their staff is so caring, both to the kids and the parents. According to my 6 year old, this is her favorite gymnastics place! (we have tried 2 other locations prior to this). Her skills are improving more and more every week!

The owner was so unprofessional today when I asked if my child’s friend (who I take after school) could join for a trial class. She became immediately irate, loud and expressed how it was “her gym” and she can not allow people to just walk in like that. I felt embarrassed, realizing she just misunderstood, I explained that my daughter has been in the class for over a year and we were attending my daughter’s regular scheduled class, not just walking in. My child’s friend wi
