A bit too quick with the sales pitch. Nice people but...30 day free trial for YouTube TV turns out to be only 10 days. Plenty others to choose from.Oh well.You don't know until you try.

I had the pleasure to talk to Julie Carpenter today and I can define my experience as extraordinary great. Julie contacted me because I had a critical issue with a sale person from Comcast. Julie and and the team at Xfinity Danvers took a quick action to solve the problem. Julie was fantastic, patient, skillful and professional. She communicated with me all the time, on the phone and with emails, she took all the necessary steps and time until the situation was resolved. My trust in Comcast ist restored because of people like Julie and the Xfinity team in Danvers who reflect the culture of the company. Thank you again Julie.

I was greeted the moment I walked in the door by an associate named Chuck. He was extremely friendly and helpful to deal with and had my problem fixed and me on my way in no time. I could not believe how smooth this interaction went. Very professional customer service.

i know you are trying to make sales and upsale everything, but if someone is looking to make a simple drop off as i told the guy to begin with, there should never be a wait.maybe have a section for drop offs? all i had to do was return a box, but i had to check in and it could've been an hour wait or more as it was pretty packed. it was kind've comical looking around as i felt like i was in an apple store rather than a cable company place, as it used to be. anyway, i made it a point to the stand at the front and look mildly annoyed rather than sit and get comfortable, and the guy at the front probably took notice after 10 minutes, and eventually came and took my box, and the transaction was complete in 10 seconds. if i hadn't waited at the front looking annoyed, i probably would've been there well over an hour for something that required 10 seconds. i can only imagine the amount of customers who experienced the same thing.

Went to this location to get a new iPhone 15 and swap a line to another iPhone 12 mini. We booked an appointment, but that system is a bit weird, and didn't work as nice as we thought (thats why the 4 stars). But it was a slight advantage than just walking in.The ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes to Jessica DeBonis, who was able to help us accomplish our goal with smiles, knowledge and insight. Jessica made it a wonderful experience!!!

This review is specifically for my recent experience working with Morgan at this Xfinity store location. I had an old Pixel 3A and a full battery charge would not last me even 30 minutes. On top of this, I just recently moved carriers from Verizon to Xfinity. On my first visit, Morgan provided exceptional customer service and sincerely empathized with my situation. She even provided be a portable charger so I could charge my phone on the go. Xfinity posed some barrier to my getting the exact new phone device I wanted, but Morgan worked diligently to raise tickets to resolve these barriers. Moreover, Morgan communicated updates to me regularly and even texted me on the Thanksgiving holiday as to the status of me getting my device. My old device ended up completely dying on me, but after leaving Morgan my personal email she resumed her regular communications to me via email.Ultimately, I now have the exact new phone device I sought after, and I know this outcome was only possible due to Morgan's exceptional customer service, diligent escalation, and regular communication. Thank you very much, Morgan! You truly went above and beyond in your service delivery and this store is lucky to have you!

Exchanged a defective gateway. In and out in 5 minutes thanks to Bryan. If you're going, get there before the doors open if you can. The line to get in gets long before opening time. Plenty of personnel available on the Sunday I went. Was second in line.

With only 3 people helping customers all I wanted to do was return equipment, I think I am the 8th in line will see how long this takes. Already waiting 15 minutes. Now waiting 30 min. Finally at 36 minutes o was called.

Comcast is an absolute disaster. I swear to God I spent $280 a month in the customer service is absolutely terrible. I need to figure out how to get rid of them and get my channels somewhere else.
