Of absolutely no help. I recently moved to the state and the guy at the counter can not offer assistance with much else than upselling you on products. Never coming back. I’ll go to another town.

I can't say enough about the service I received at the Danvers location on Maple St. The staff was engaging, polite, patient and extremely professional. Jared helped me to select the right phone, set it up and walked me through each procedure. He also took the time to organize my apps on the phone screen.. I am challenged, at times, with technology yet he made every question I had a teachable moment. I was never made to feel incompetent. The staff overall is very receptive and friendly. Jared was so considerate that I switched all my devices to Verizon. Jared is a real asset to the Verizon company. I had to return later with another question and Charlie took care of me with the same patience and consideration. Kudos to Verizon for employing such fine young men.

Mid September I went to get a new iPhone for my grandson. The sales process was great, Jared was very helpful. I was able to get the phone for nothing after the large trade-in credit and my Verizon Up dollars. My receipt from Russell Cellular shows both credits.Well, my first bill from Verizon came and the large trade-in credit was not there. I also had additional charges that I was not told about and apparently Jared signed us up for the protect plan at $17 per month that I did not ask for. When I called Verizon they promptly removed that charge. But the trade-in credit was another issue that only Russell Cellular could resolve.So, I went back to the store and spoke with Charlie (Sales Manager) and he said he would correct the trade-in promo and would call me back . . . . never happened. Three additional trips over the following 2 weeks to the store to speak to Charlie, each time he assured me it was being corrected.Well, here we are a month and a half later and the trade-in promo is still not corrected and Verizon does not show any corrections being done on my account. After spending an hour and a half on the phone today talking directly with Verizon, they were able to fix the trade-in value and are applying my Verizon Up dollars.I would never go back to this or any other Authorized Retailer; I will only go directly to the Verizon store in the future.

Charlie was AWESOME!Recently had been to another Verizon dealer,Talk about your night and day experience!The associate at the other store was not somebody I would ever want to deal with again - was there with another family member who was updating his phone. Even though I was with him and the phone service is under my name the associate would not sell me a phone (even though the store was empty of other customers) because I did not have an appointment. He basically sold the phone, nothing more.Charlie not only pleasantly and enthusiastically so my husband a phone but did all the transfers and made sure my husband was comfortable with his new phone before we left the store. He went so far as to choose a brightly colored red phone but my husband so that it would be different from my black phone because he listened to the fact that my husband is visually challenged!No question in my mind that I would return here for future phone service.Thank you Charlie!-

I went in for an up grade on my Apple phone. There was a credit if I turned my phone in. It was supposed to be $300. No we're on my purchase was I given a credit. When I asked about it they said I would receive a credit on my Verizon bill in a few weeks after Verizon received my phone. I questioned this several time each time was give the same stupid excuses. I call Verizon they said it should have been a credit at the vendor level. Someone at the store pocketed the money. I'd say it was theft from a customer as well as the store. It has been some months but I intend to press theft charges.

Fantastic location and very clean. Worked with Charlie and Cori to unravel a bit of an ordering mess created through a Verizon kiosk at Costco. They had to jump through a few hurdles to rectfy the previous order but completed the task with professionalism and a welcome sense of humor. This will be my new go to location even if it's a few minutes out of the way. Overall very pleased with the level of surface provided. They most certainly deserve 5 stars.

Just left this Verizon store on maple street in Danvers. I waited patiently with my family trying to buy 2 new phones After making me wait for 30 minutes, salesman tells me the iphone12 costs $1200. After I pull up the Verizon website and show him it’s $399 with a 2 year contract, he says they don’t do contracts anymore and was completely baffled supposedly by how cheap it was. Think he was trying to screw me. Never go here again. Here’s a snap shot from the website.

I visited this store to buy a prepaid service the offered me a contract and told me that i had 14 days trial went back 10 days after to cancel everything they supposedly cancelled everything and took everything back 3 months later i get a large bill from verizon charging me even for the phone plus services. I went back to the store sales person basically hid when he saw me and they told me everything was all set just needed to call verizon back. A year later im still getting charged

Pretty good overall experience. Sales rep was easy to work with. Still impossible to get an up-front and accurate answer to the question "how much does this phone cost?" from a Verizon rep but I'm used to that (my $800 phone actually cost $921.25 even though I asked multiple times what the total with tax would be). Overall though, a better experience than I've had at other Verizon locations.

I dropped my phone and it was unusable. On a Sunday at quarter of 5, I was nervous I wouldn't be able to find a Verizon store open, but thankfully the Maple St location was. Corey was extremely helpful and patient in setting up and transferring my data to my new phone. Would highly recommend!
