Joe was super helpful with all the questions I had. It'd be 5 stars but there was a bit of a line which is completely out of Joe's control. Then again it was around lunchtime so it could've just been bad timing

Honestly the guy at the counter was so unnecessarily rude. I was just trying to mail a box and I didn't know I had to fill out the address on the box as other places print out a label with the address on it. It was a small error that was turned into an argument that did not need to happen. I kept apologizing but he continued to tell me I was wrong. Such a weird anxiety ridden experience.

They don't answer the phone, ever. I've been trying to call, over and over again. The person delivering mail today on North St in Danvers, Ma, delivered not one but two different peoples mail to my house. Which I had to go deliver myself. I'm not a mailman, I don't get paid to deliver someone else's mail. So what I'm saying is, you might want to reevaluate your employees. Anytime I see this guy deliver mail, he's on his phone. Maybe pay attention so I don't have to do your job. Thanks ?06/12/2023

I was treated so poorly by Luis. Went to mail three envelopes at 5:10pm and he told me he couldn't do it and I should have come earlier because he had a lot of work to do. They close at 5:30. I go and mail tax returns out there all the time and I will never go back to his window again. He kept going on and on about how busy he was and he did not have time to take care of my mailing out three things that I should have done earlier in the day. Many other people had the same idea because behind me there were an additional three to four people. I wonder if he raised his voice and was so rude to them too for making him do his job? I hope there is a camera and some supervisor can see and hear what he was saying to me and how rude he was.

This is my favorite USPS location ever--which I'm sure everyone can agree that finding a good USPS location is like finding a needle in a haystack. I come here almost weekly to drop off packages/letters/etc. I use it for shipping out my Poshmark boxes and never wait more than 5 minutes in line. I used this location for my wedding hand-stamped envelopes and actually got to stamp them myself, which I appreciated since I knew they were done right. Overall: 5-STARS + Great hours (open until 5:30pm): so I can go after work on my way home + Always great customer service (no matter who is behind the counter) + Reliable/consistently good at getting mail out on time

I love that I don't have to dish out $20 to Uberer myself to the Post Office to change my address! Having the ability to do business transactions online is a convenience that saves me money and that is a great thing!

Excellent and professional service is what you get at this Post Office. I'd rather wait in line here, than get crummy service elsewhere.

Everyone is really friendly here and efficient. It gets pretty busy during the rush hour times of day, and you can get stuck waiting if only one cashier. But honestly, I'd rather wait a couple extra minutes than go to other nearby post offices, as the service is much better here!

I love the fact they are open bright and early at 7 am!!! Thank you!!! The gal behind the counter was very patient, and helpful despite the long line that built up behind me. I really appreciated that.

It has been over 4 years of problems having my mail in the untrustworthy neighbor's box. Numerous complaints to the Danvers post office and they assure they will double check after numerous excuses why it could have happened. Our names are clearly marked on mailbox and 5 feet away from each other. When and if he the troubled neighbor returns some of my mail it is late Sunday night I see it sticking out of the box. I have even put numerous holds on my mail at the post office when I am expecting important mail and still I pick it up with various neighbors mail in my pile given to me. Very incompetent mail carriers and management never resolves it. I have requested a PO box for free because of all the hassle and was denied.
