Place is so awesome. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and extremely fair. Also gives you a lifetime on certain repairs (non physical damage), so you get that peace of mind that if something stops working after the repair, Tech center has your back. My situation was a phone screen that would stay black. I tried everything to get it to show something (hard resets, etc), but it was the display itself causing the issue and it needed a new one. Tyler at Tech center took my phone 15 mins before close. I told him that it was a 20 min drive so if could somehow fix before closing up shop, that would be ideal. Tyler had my phone completely fixed and looking beautiful 10 minutes later. The price was the cheapest I could find as well so having that quality of service at the cheapest labor cost was awesome. I highly recommend checking out tech center for any of your electronic needs. Great to have human beings who know their stuff instead of robots reading scripts! Thank you Tech center and Ty!

I absolutely recommend this place! My phone suddenly fell into recovery mode after I dropped it (and the many other issues it was going through) and rather than just factory reset it, Tyler (a technician) got it back on in minutes! My phone had been like that for days and everyone I came across just told me it was a lost cause but The Tech Center actually tried ways of getting my phone back on! THANK YOU!!!!

Brought my iPhone 11 here due to water damage. Tyler was incredibly helpful and fair. Highly recommend. He fixed it and explained allot of what he was doing in detail.

I brought my 2 iPad to swap screen and the one with the good screen got broke on the process... didn't consider giving or offer a deal to get a new screen still charging same price. those tech just want to ripe your pocket, bad costumer service. Didn't care of broking my screen to charge 2 or not get it fix. Did not accomplish what was need it even when was told if you were not able to do it don't do it. Like you all see he answered but I can not answer back because google doesn’t let you, but I can Edit the actual review he said he repetitively told me that could be damage and I told him if you cannot do it don’t do it …so he assume the risk and still do it …and for sure that I want to get a way to fix it I had one damage and you just broke my second one…and I don’t receive a refund or a deal that’s why I say you just want to empty my pocket what convenient that now had to fix both…

These guys were great! The HDMI port on my PlayStation broke and within an hour I was on my way to them to have it fixed. Dropped it off and it was ready in about an hour. They even gave it a dusting for free!
