In general, you can find some nice things at reasonable prices vs. some other thrift/second hand store in the area. However, I am a little displeased with something I saw that will make me hesitate to go back and shop there with any frequency moving forward.During my visit on 2/13/24, blue was the 50% off color of the day. I witnessed 3 employees all pulling blue tagged items off the racks and piling them into shopping carts so that customers could not buy the blue tag items (see photo). Why offer a sale at all if you're going to remove those items from your racks? I realize employees are just following direction, but I find this to be a very dishonest and misleading practice especially from an organization who relies on dontations and the "good will" of others to function.If you ever go in and wonder why you rarely find color of the day items, this is the reason.

Everyone on the staff is rude especially the head in charge. She marks the prices up on poor people buying 2nd hand. P.o.s. broken items at best get sold for more then they were in clearance originally. A ? racquet that people donate to. Unreal. What's wrong with this counterintuitive. Jen u r a hemroid

The manager Jen and the staff are incredibly helpful, answering any questions I had with enthusiasm and generally making the store a nice place to be.

It's ok the cashiers are sometimes a little talkative but other than that it's great they always have a great variety of everything and based on a thrift shop this place has a clean environment and if you don't want something like clothes or a mug they will always be there for you it's an I've had an overall great experience but I do think you should watch the security cameras because I saw kids riding scooters in there but other than that it's great

I do like this store, but I’m giving it 2 stars because you can’t use the fitting rooms or the bathroom and you can’t return items. Please at least have the bathroom open to shoppers and allow returns… that only seems fair.

I really like this store and find so many nice items, my only feedback is that the dressing rooms should be open. If we can’t return things then we should be able to try before we buy. All retail stores have dressing rooms open, time to open them back up.

It wasn't what I expected. The prices are a little higher than I expected for a Goodwill and there really wasn't a huge selection of items. I will say the prices for the high-end items where good, example Brand New Tru Religion Men's Jeans with tags originally priced at $269.00 were only $50.00

No fitting rooms, no returns or exchanges--why would I ever risk buying anything that might not fit or be unable to return. Also, no bathrooms. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. No really.. I felt like my bladder was about to burst. Never going back to this place again.

Overpriced. Bought a board game at 50% retail value thinking "surely they have all the pieces if they're charging this much." It was taped shut so I kept it that way until I got home. Fool me once, shame on me...
