I just had the best experience at T-Mobile over at the Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers. I just switched from being a loyal customer of Verizon for 6 years and got sick of my bill going up every month it seemed! A sales associate named “Galy” who couldn’t have been more helpful and was so nice and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I got a significant savings monthly to my bill and I got some perks that I didn’t know about like Free Netflix and Hulu. If you don’t have T-Mobile get it now and go talk with Galy or anyone in that store because they are all very nice and helpful.

Horrible. They lied and they scam people. Just go and purchase your phone from Apple. You’ll get a decent trade in dollar and they will transfer and activate your phone on your own T-mobile account for free. Apple Care is also almost ten dollars cheaper month.

Went there yesterday to purchase two phones and add a line. five employees at the store two taking care of a customer, one was flirting with a girl don’t know if she was an employee as well. Two were busy looking at their phones.I Looked around for 10 minutes hoping that someone would ask if I needed help. No one did or even bothered to look at us. So I left without the need to spend a penny at this location. Please hire professionals or at least train your employees.

Watch out no security at this storeSomeone walked in purchase 3 devices using my account without my authorization i have contacted fraud specialist took their advices step by step no one care even though i am business owner i have 6 lines been with t mobile over 10 years now i am thinking seriously to switch to any other carrier where its safer

Worst store ever. I’ve only had problems there. The store manager, Kari, is awful to work with. I have five lines on my family T-Mobile account. Been a customer for years. Means nothing to her. Go somewhere else.

I just want to say I had a great experience from T-Mobile at Liberty Tree Mall in Danver Massachusetts. I upgraded a phone for my daughter today. My daughter was very happy and can't stop smiling. I want to say thank you to James (Associate Manager) for took care of us. Very respectful and friendly. He did his job professionally. I appreciate that.

I walked in to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 13 pro max. I was told I could get a $1000 for my 12, and then I would only owe $250 on the 13, if I paid off the 12 I’d just got. I agreed and paid the $650 I owed. He then asked what color I want for the 13 and when I reminded him I said white I was told a white one would be an extra $550 non refundable deposit and that he didn’t know when I could expect it.After hours on the phone with customer service on several days I was told the deposit could be avoided and that I should just expect the phone. 6 weeks later, no phone and the order was somehow cancelled.Now CS is saying I need to speak with the store manager Shaq, but here I’ve been waiting in the store for 90 minutes for him to finish what he’s doing before we get to business here. He was supposed to call a couple times last week, per requests of CS, but never did.This has taken 8-10 hours of my time and all that’s happened is the charge for $650. Every plan has fallen through against what was promised or expected. Had I just taken the color he had on hand that day most of this wouldn’t have happened. Of course I wouldn’t have found out I was signed up for the wrong plan to qualify for the $1000 deal.There is no way I would have walked into this store that day, never mind come out of pocket $650, had I known I’d need to spend half as much time watching everything go bad.
