I started explaining (okay, maybe venting a little) to the employee helping me — only to find out she was actually the manager, Brynne. I’ll admit, I was short and irritated at first, but Brynne stayed calm, patient, and handled everything like a pro. Even though I could tell she was dealing with my frustration, she never once got rude or defensive. She listened, figured out the issue, and fixed it right there. By the time I left, I went from angry to impressed. She completely turned the situation around — Brynne deserves major credit for that.”
“I needed dress pants for a wedding that day and couldn't find the length I needed, but then Emily the in house seamstress came over. She took two inches off the pants and had me out the door in 20 minutes, she was wonderful to work with and I am grateful for her help!”
