Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable on every product we asked about. Being the father of a 12 year old I was lost . Hearing her explain the different brands and purposes for the products I found interesting . They have some men’s products too like shaving stuff and so on .

Wow!!! Need more than 5 stars!! Claudia, the Sephora specialist, was AMAZING!! She helped me from start to finish. Claudia picked out the perfect shade of blush, eyeliner and eye shadow. She guided me into the right direction as I had none. Claudia was extremely patient with me and I can’t thank her enough!! Will come back to this Sephora at Kohls just to get her expertise!

I was looking for a face cream to help with my wrinkles and around my eyes! Claudia was her name, was extremely helpful and I absolutely live the 2 different creams that I got. My skin feels so much better than it did, even if I still have wrinkles I'll use these creams forever!

I’ve been shopping at Sephora for many years. I was in need of some products that have become very popular. I was looking for tower 28 SOS spray and the glow recipe kit. Both items were in the store but I was told that the products were for “staff only,” which is outrageous. They were in boxes shipped directly to the store, next to the register. Both products that I wanted to buy were in the boxes. I’ve contacted Sephora customer service. It looks like staff are buying the “viral products” and only allowing staff to purchase them for their own use or to resell. I don’t think Sephora, as a company, wants their staff to monopolize these products.

I can't relate to the other two reviews at all. Any time I've gone into this store the girls are absolutely lovely. They are not too pushy. They're available to help and they are very personable. I've had some really nice conversations with a couple of them. I don't always buy, because I like to scout out new products colors etc. first. But honestly it's never awkward or uncomfortable. Unless I'm ordering online for a specific reason, I will only shop at this Sephora. The one at the Northshore mall in Peabody is absolutely terrible. Too pushy and also I have been spoken to in a very condescending way.

Went to return some Purchases and there were two people servicing and one was ignoring customers and I tried to go and go get help and asked if my place in line could be held and the woman behind me was very rude and refused even though I was trying to get help for the line. The woman who was helping yell the other person was very rude and went on her break with over 5 people in line and there was zero empathy or sense or urgency.

Fair warning to all POC that live in the area DO NOT SHOP there. They will follow you and not be discreet about it at all. I walked around for 10 minutes and was followed by an employee the whole time. I would also like to add that I wasn't carrying any bags nor was I wearing baggy clothes. All I had was my phone in my hand and my wallet in my pocket. If you choose to complain like I did then they'll just tell you there is no manager available and that they were being "customer service oriented". Since when is it company policy to follow a customer around when they shop? To make matters worse they simply attempted to justify the employee's bad behavior and never once offered and apology. If you want a positive experience I suggest choosing a different location.
