I belong to a credit union from when we lived out west. I do shared banking via this CU. The staff have always been helpful.

RTN is great. I went in for a car loan and they were so helpful. The branch manager Susan went above and beyond explaining everything to me. She was very straight forward and didn't sugarcoat anything for me. It was a quick and painless process and I will be returning in the future. I highly recommend this branch.
