“I had a hard-to-match paint that I needed for my barn. It was a custom color and I didn’t have the formula. I had bought a couple of 5 gallon containers of the paint at a big box store, where they were having a sale, but they couldn’t match the color ( their paint people were not very knowledgeable and if it wasn’t in the computer they couldn’t do it). Mark took a lot of time to get it just right, making several attempts until he nailed it. I appreciate his patience and knowledge. Their prices may be a little higher but you get what you pay for.”

Very good, prompt communications, plus help planning purchase timing so the supplies would arrive when my GC needed them, and not too soon before. Delivery was free and they helped by adjusting to a new date even after arrival here on the first delivery date didn't pan out on my end.”

“This is what used to be called a "mom and pop" hardware store. It's small, by Home Depot standards, but it has an amazing inventory and enough people actually interested in helping you. If you live in the community and have a need for some piece of hardware, a tool, or fixture of some kind...come here first. If they don't have it, fine, hitch up your dog sled and go to Home Depot. But start here first. The town is worth it and so are the people who run this little jewel of a company ou!”
