Very poor experience. As a small business owner who ships all over the world, I went to this shipping store as I just moved to the area. The man working clearly did not want to work with me. I politely told him I needed to ship with FedEx and he wanted me to ship another method. Then he said he couldn’t ship this type of item, and I pointed out that wasn’t true as I shipped with FedEx all the time. Then he told me I would have to repackage it and wanted me to use their packaging, I said no, and took it two miles away and shipped with FedEx no problem. This was my standard business packaging and usual contents. I know the rules for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. I will not give them another chance as they clearly are inept or don’t want some peoples business. Their loss.

There's nothing wrong with this place I'm surprised the staff are just great I can tell you do pick carefully who to hire and the security of your mail is incredible Its never damaged and the hygiene is great it's some of the cleanest work I've ever seen same with the smell it's an overall great service I highly suggest you try it out.

So nice not to have to go to usps and FedEx separately. The man working when I came in was really nice, he addressed me even though he had a customer because he could tell I was just dropping off. I’ll definitely be back a lot

CLEAN. POLITE. PROFESSIONAL.Dan and his crew will give you the costs of different carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), will package your items neat and clean, and get them out on time. The folks here are super-polite, smart, well spoken, and I can't say enough good things about them; a real top-notch operation.

I've been shipping through this store for a while and every time I stop in the owner is very friendly and efficient. Convenient hours and a nice selection of shipping supplies tied with the great service makes for a great experience every time.

The best service I ever had from ANY services I used. You cannot think of more reliable service. The owner selects the least expensive shipping which will satisfy your wishes. Just EXCELLENT!

The gentleman who works there ( I should say the female hater), should be replaced. I am sick of dealing g with this argumentative man who finds fault in EVERY SINGLE ITEM I try to mail. He’s an obnoxious old man that should be retired by now and not only that he’s a slow as molasses. This man cannot multitask to save his life. I will not find another place to go mail my items I’ll send things back UPS or FedEx because this is too convenient and down the street from where I live. However I will be reporting him to whom ever owns the store! I’ve lived here for seven years and have always used that store but since that gentleman started working there it’s a nightmare!!! Please please tell him he needs to be working in another profession where he doesn’t have to deal with the public.

Absolutely fantastic service and I wouldn't chose to go anywhere else. My entire family has been going here for years. I'm always in and out very quickly compared to other places. The owner is very professional & makes the process very quick and easy. My entire family will be going here forever.

I frequent North Shore Pack and ship for my shipping needs as I love supporting local business owners being one myself. Typically the experience is great however during this holiday season the service has been not up to par. I sent out two packages one got mailed back to me instead of the recipient and the other was a equipment being sent to a new employee that didn't arrive a week after it was shipped and I was supplied with no tracking number. When I called to get a tracking number they told me to call back in the evening because they had 5 people in front of them and I asked what carrier it was shipped with so I could advise my new hire and the gentleman said he didn't know.. The gentleman appears very stressed and am sure it is due to being able to find employees to assist during this busy time but either way a customer shouldn't be treated like they are a bother to them. Other than that these guys are great to use during non busy times of year.
