The last time I was here, I was going through chemo but was assured my therapist was willing and able to perform my massage. I never thought I’d say my 90 minute massage was a complete waste of time. Dulci literally swept her fingers along my skin the whole time with zero pressure. She audibly yawned throughout the whole session, asked me if I’m Chinese (people STILL assume all Asians are Chinese??), asked me why I was bald and proceeded to tell me “It’s okay, hair doesn’t matter.” I was looking to relax during my cancer treatment, but couldn’t wait for the experience to be over.

Worst massage of my life. The room was way to hot. I asked for the table warmer to be turned off it was only turned down. It was definitely not deep tissue which is what I requested. I know everyones style is different. I was trying to keep an open mind but it was far more jerking motions than smooth strokes. My back hurts more now than before he started. I was also told if I wanted water I could get it myself. I won't be back

Bad experience. “Therapist” had long nails and scratched my back several times. I asked her to focus on my lower back and she massaged my legs. Resulted in pain in my leg during and after the “massage”. Left more stressed than when I walked in. Poor service. Would not go back.

I went in for a massage and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm currently undergoing cancer treatment and listed it on the medical forms provided when checking in. When my massage was about to start I was lying face down. The massage therapist asked if she could take off my necklace. She removed my necklace and never informed me of where she placed it. She then began the massage and had to stop 2 times within 15 minutes because she was coughing uncontrollably. I asked her nicely to stop immediately because I couldn't afford to get sick because I have surgery in 2 weeks. When I checked out I explained that I had to end the appointment after 15 minutes because she was clearly very sick. I paid the full price and they didn't even offer to discount it. I was in such a hurry to get out of there that I happily just paid and left. After I left I realized the next day that the massage therapist never gave me back my diamond necklace. I called and returned to the location to try and retrieve my necklace. They of course said they couldn't locate it. When the manager asked her employee where she put my necklace she said she placed it on top of my clothes. This is highly unlikely since I would have seen it while I was getting dressed. I filed a police report in hopes it shows up.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. This is the Walmart of massages. Basically, I spent 45 minutes having somebody rub lotion *gently* on my body. I thought someone was playing a joke on me and I kept waiting for the massage to begin. I ordered a “deep tissue” massage and when I mentioned that she barely added any pressure. It’s obvious that she probably had 10 more massages to do that day and was going to do all of them lately as to not wear herself out. Don’t fall for this marketing scam it’s a complete waste of money and time. Go to a real massage therapist.

If I could leave no stars I would ! Bought my co worker 100$ gift card which would get her a 90 minute massage. Her appointment was at 5:30 she went at 5:10 didn’t get seen until after 6:30 then the guy Antonio who did her massage said his next client was 7:30 so he barely touched her only did 1 arm & was done by 7:15 & said you have 16 minutes for next time you come back. ! That is absolutely not ok ! I did not get her a 90 minute massage for that ! I also called and asked to speak to the manager & I was never called back ! Guess I was screwed out of 100$ & my co worker was screwed out of a relaxing massage

March 2022 by Analise S.
I started going to this location / became a member in March of 2021, the staff is always very friendly and the massage therapist I've seen has always been amazing - this review has nothing to do with them and I would give them a 5 star review. My issue however is with the company itself. Like I said, I became a member last March and when I signed up I did not realize / it was not explained to me well enough that the membership is $65/month regardless of booking / receiving any services. When I realized this I called and asked to cancel my membership and said that I would pay for the months I had already been charged no problem, but did not wish to continue to be a member. They told me that the membership is a "year long 12 month commitment, no cancellation but that they could put a 3 month freeze on my account for good customer service so I would not be charged for 3 months due to the misunderstanding". Frustrated, I said okay and marked in my calendar for March 2022 to remind myself to call and cancel. Now it is March and I called to finally cancel my membership to which they told me I opened my account in June 2021, I checked my account through the app and explained that no it was not June it was March when I became a member. They then explained that because I had a 3 month freeze on my account and the membership is "not 12 months, but 12 payments" my membership now expires in June. This was never explained to me when I became a member nor when I had the 3 month freeze put on my account. The staff are incredibly nice and I do not wish to get them in trouble, I just feel that these fine print guidelines are absolutely ridiculous and the membership is a scam. I cannot afford to pay $65 a month especially when it was not explained to me exactly how much this membership entails / the cancellation policy (or lack there of). If I or anyone else cannot afford or wish to no longer have to pay the membership fee then we should be able to cancel at any time without having to jump through hoops. I hope this issue can be resolved.

I just started going here recently because I received a gift card for Christmas. I never indulge, so I signed up for the monthly membership. So far, I love it!!! I have been going to Dulce who is an excellent therapist, who works on any problem areas. She showed me some great stretches for in between sessions. Looking forward to next month. Great customer service at the front desk as well!

Danielle is a true healer. She went above and beyond. My massage was one of the best I’ve had. Released all my tight muscles and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! She’s the best!!

I have been a member here for about 3 years now. I've found a couple of awesome massage therapists at this location (which is my home location) but when someone leaves it is so hard to find someone new. I feel like I'm constantly bouncing around trying to find a good therapist and I've wasted a majority of my credits on sub par massages. At times I've travelled to further locations because there just wasn't anyone at this location that I liked. To be fair I am pretty picky and need deep pressure and even then the person really had to have the magic touch. It can be hard with turnover to maintain a relationship with the same therapist for a long time, so that's a huge downside to being a member. If you are not as picky as me that might not be as much of a factor for you. I don't know if a large corporate company like this is the best way to get massages for me. I worry that they pay is less in this environment and that seems to be reflected in the level of customer service. I've had therapists talk throughout the whole massage or leave the lights on, etc. I usually don't pay to much attention to it because the prices are low and I sadly expect a slightly lower level of service than I would seeing someone privately. I have a lot of credits banked up so I just started doing facials. I recently went in for my second facial and it was a poor experience that I feel compelled to review. The first facial went well and no products were pushed on me but the second esthetician really put me down in an effort to sell products. A few months ago I developed a skin care regimen and started really taking care of my skin. My skin is looking better than it ever has been and I wanted to start doing facials just to relax and hopefully further improve my skin. The esthetician started by asking me what products I used but basically cut me off before I even listed them all. She was in and out of the room the whole time which was strange because during my first appointment the esthetician was there the whole time. Towards the end of the appointment she recommended products that I was not interested in (because again, my skin is looking better than it ever has and I am happy with it--I did hot yoga 3 times that week and went for a 20 mile bike ride, so maybe not 100%, but looking good for ME). When I made it clear I didn't want to buy products she basically said that I really should because the products I use clearly aren't working. This just seemed rude and it was hurtful to me. I think it's important to find out what the customers goals are and how they feel about their skin before making recommendations. I also think it's unfair to suggest I'm using bad products after not even letting me list the products I'm currently using. I just wanted to relax and get a facial but ended up going home feeling insecure and bad about myself. I have not included names in my review because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. I'm just sick and tired of having less than ideal experiences with massage envy. Massage envy's prices are relatively low but It's not cheap to get a massage/facial every single month so if I'm paying all this money I want it to be a good experience. I plan on cancelling in the near future and seeking services in a less corporate environment where the employees have more pride in their work. I suggest others do the same. You get what you pay for and there is a real cost you take on when you get cheap massages and facials. Sometimes you win but most of the time you lose.

Got a facial with Taylor last week. She did a fantastic job. I scheduled a future appointment with her. I got a massage from Kellie tonight. Can I just say magic fingers. Will be seeing her again in 3 weeks. Very nice and friendly staff. I transferred from Shrewsbury here since I moved to this area. Not disappointed at all.
