Been going here for 19 years - 2 Priuses & 2 Hybrid Camrys - all serviced well - they keep the vehicles in great shape if you follow the maintenance plan

I live in Woburn which has a Toyota service department but I drive to Ira in Danvers based on positive customer service experiences. Bruce Brewer was initially at Mazda but went to Toyota; he was the key factor for switching because Mazda service declined when he left so I followed him to Toyota. When I bought 3 Toyota vehicles since the switch ... I've been continuously pleased. I've tried Woburn Toyota and it was the worst experience ever ... They misplaced my car.... I'm not joking.... They couldn't find my car that had been brought in at 9 am for an oil change that wasn't returned till nearly 3:15 pm because they lost the car. Ira is quick, thorough and doesn't lose the cars of their patrons

Great service, but long waits due to volume of customers.

I'll leave two stars instead of one because our salesman Joel was outstanding and was on top of everything for us,he knew I was a veteran and wanted the best service for me he was attentive when he was at work and even his days off, but sadly when your turned over to everybody else here it starts to get bad. With numerous issues that went wrong here this review could be a Nobel prize winning novel, but I'll stick to my main concern and that's the service department, how all these people haven't been sat down yet and told to pack up and get out is beyond me. I'll focus mostly on my last visit at IRA Toyota service which was for a noise being heard underneath my vehicle that did not sound right at all. I went in and explained everything that was going on and even went on a test drive, the technician said he didn't hear anything really when we were on the test drive but I did point out some of the noise you could easily hear, he said he'd take it back in and check everything underneath. Well push comes to shove they give it back and say "all the bolts seem tight and everything looks fine underneath" well I thought there is no way but I drove off the lot. The noise progressively was getting worse as the days passed so I said screw it and went to a trusty local mechanic that I've known for years, went on a test drive with them, heard the noise and they lift the car and show me my rear differential fluid which was NEVER changed, the mechanic said this fluid was so bad and low it probably wasn't changed since the car was new. The mechanic also greased everything and obviously changed the fluid. 300 dollars out of pocket for that. If you're reading this and are saying "what is rear differential fluid" that is fluid for most 4X4 vehicles (like my TRD Pro) and when that fluid is bad or low it can cause loud noises and grinding underneath the vehicle. I thought this was certified pre owned? I thought everything was set when I drove off the lot? I thought a lot of things, but ultimately I was let down, do better IRA Toyota, a lot better!

We worked with Clint. Now you need to have some time to spend with him, because he is very personable and very thorough. Clint actual wants to take care of his customer and was very helpful. Clint has a charm that many people might not experience when buying a car. In the end you will actually feel good about your purchase. We recommend that you ask for Clint.

Bought 3 new cars here and have had good experiences with all of them.First dealership that legit sent me video clips of every important measurement they do for Maintenance. I only needed a tire rotation at 5,000 miles today for my 2023 Prius, but they still checked brake pads and tire depths. Had to come back to edit this review because I've never had a dealership send me video proof of inspections. Love that they are doing this now.

Jesse who we spoke to about the car was extremely and incredibly helpful and amazing. He tended to everything we asked for and made everything clear, as well as asking if we needed anything and catering to our every need. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for finance, Gabe from finance came out and basically told us that what we saw on the website was wrong and, and I quote "there's probably an asterisk there to protect us". Gabe, was incredibly rude and condescending, horrible attitude and not even explaining anything. Gabe is the reason we left because of his horrible attitude. I do not recommend this dealership. I however do recommend going to Jesse, however if you get stuck with the obnoxious finance guy Gabe. Get out while you can.

To start off I've never had any issues with ira Toyota until yesterday 9/01/2023, I purchased my car from them a few years ago and have being doing my oil changes and services from the beginning there. Yesterday I had my car serviced with my husband and child, which resulted in leaving the car over night with them. When I went with the service advisor Wilson to get my belonging from the car he started to ask me really personal questions for example how long I've been married to my husband and how many kids I have ect. Then proceeded to ask me if I'm happy. He then proceeded to say he's a single dad and he divorced and had a really messy marriage and he went on to say he wishes he can have more kids like 10 and this whole time I'm feeling uncomfortable and wondering why he's asking me questions related to my marriage when it's just me and the advisor in the car to get my belongings in the rental because I'm there to get my car fixed not be interrogated and feeling uncomfortable. Also to he was talking about the mechanic say he's a good mechanic but he's a "f***ing as***e' as he worded it which I also found unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally when we went to go pay when picking up the car and we went to the sales lady he stroked my arm and asked me if I wanted his card.

Brought mother's car in for service. My first time there. Not knowing exactly where to park, we parked in front of automatic doors and i was going to run to ask. I was literally confronted at the door by an older employee with a pissed off look. He angrily stated, "what do you want, you can't park there!!" It was so bizarre. I told him sorry, I have an appointment for an oil change. "Well pull in, you can't park there"I was not pleased at all with this but bit my tongue with him. After that it was time to get Upsold. My SALES/service rep and a TIRE SALESman for the company both tried to talk to me at same time basically. One telling me I haven't done a $1,000+ maintenance service and the other pitching me 4 new tires in the $1000 range. They got an extra $150+ out of me for a couple filters he said I needed.Oh and the 19.99 oil change coupon IRA sent my mom in mail doesnt cover "all" the oil that goes in my moms car. Just some of it.From when you open and enter he service doors be prepared to be upsold to the Nth degree!!!! Bring a book to readnin the waiting room you'll need it for the long wait.We honestly were considering looking at pre-owned used vehicles while here waiting for service but I will never buy from here based on this experience.

Spent 6 hours waiting at the dealership while they serviced my truck, rotated tires, topped off fluids, fixed breaks (on their recommendation), and supposedly various other items. Spent way more than I should have I'm sure, but when I got in my car to drive away, the tire pressure light was on. We've had a slow leak in one of the tires. Makes me think they didn't even rotate the tires as I had paid for if they didn't even check the tire pressure. They had recommended new tires, but I declined that service. I get such good service from the IRA Lexus of Danvers service department, but I doubt I'll go back to their Toyota service. At least there I feel as though they do the work. And my car gets vacuumed!
