Terrible customer service. I walked in & said hello to a woman who was working behind the cash register & as I asked for help, she quickly stepped out of the way and her colleague was charged with assisting me. When I asked him to show me where I could find something, he said “Straight in the back”….there was no assistance or guidance in finding what I was looking for. But an attitude the second time, when I asked where I specifically should look. Just an odd interaction with two staff members, one of which was a manager, at a store where “help” is generally expected.

Had a run in with the most ignorant, arrogant POS manager here. Arguing and yelling at a VET over a coupon and him trying to save a few dollars. The manager yelling and disrespecting him and then walking away from him leaving things unresolved. What a POS . Harbor Freight you need to look into this.

My husband and I went in looking for an item he has seen at a different location. Chris knew exactly what it was and helped us find it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Devonte was a friendly, kind cashier as well. The pair made our shopping experience a good one.

Went here to get a couple of spade shovels and a 6' " pinch" bar.. shovels are strong fiberglass handle and the bar is 1" thick steel bar with a flat end. I spent half as much as home Depot. Thanks HF.
