I needed to do an update on my computer and it didn't go as expected. I tried in every way to solve it and I couldn't. Then I found Bill, a nice and attentive person and most importantly, he solved my computer problem. If you have a problem that you don't think has a solution, look for this guy, he will definitely solve the problem. Thanks Bill, everything is working perfectly.

Family PC Outlet was recommended to me by a couple of people when I had a problem with the system. I explained the situation and it was quickly diagnosed. A few days later the computer was repaired and back in business at home. A really great experience. I'll definitely go back if I ever have any computer issues in the future.

I went to him to have him transfer my iTunes over to my new computer 3/4 of the iTunes were not transferred over. I wanted a refund because what I paid for a never received. He told me the iTunes would play because that is the way they were on my old computer. They played on my old computer. I went there because of the reviews but now I am paying someone else to see if they can fix it. He is terrible. I will never go to you again!!

Yet another great experience with Family PC. Just purchased another computer from Bill replacing one that was approaching end of life. Easy to deal with, no BS, very good prices. Plus the convenience of shopping in my home community and supporting a local business. Have been patronizing Family PC since they opened.

Bill at Family PC just customized a computer for me, and I am thrilled. The computer exceeded my expectations, and it cost much less than a new unit. I have visited Bill's shop many times over the years, and he is knowledgeable, personable, and does a wonderful job with very quick turn-around. He stands behind his products, and if something can't be repaired, he will steer you in the right direction.I highly recommend Family PC and give it 10 stars!
