“I was in Batteries Plus for the first time this weekend to get my son's car faub battery. John was SO awesome. Took the faub and went out back and change it for me without an additional charge. And, honestly? I don't think we would know how to do it. John was so helpful and so nice. As he was replacing the battery, I walked around the store and couldn't believe the wide variety of batteries. Store was so organized too. “Place is so awesome. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and extremely fair. Also gives you a lifetime on certain repairs (non physical damage), so you get that peace of mind that if something stops working after the repair, Tech center has your back. My situation was a phone screen that would stay black. I tried everything to get it to show something (hard resets, etc), but it was the display itself causing the issue and it needed a new one. Tyler at Tech center took my phone 15 mins before close. I told him that it was a 20 min drive so if could somehow fix before closing up shop, that would be ideal. Tyler had my phone completely fixed and looking beautiful 10 minutes later. The price was the cheapest I could find as well so having that quality of service at the cheapest labor cost was awesome. I highly recommend checking out tech center for any of your electronic needs. Great to have human beings who know their stuff instead of robots reading scripts! Thank you Tech center and Ty!”
