Always 5 stars! A long time customer. Service Center is amazing, top notch. A special "thank you" to Scott the service manager. A true asset to Danver Ford. Wish Ford was still making the Tauras, would be purchasing one today! Do not hesitate to purchase from this dealership.

I tell my mom her tail light is out and send her over there. Should be easy fix, no? They tell her the wiring is loose, but "fix it" and it goes out again a week later. She has to bring it back and this time they charge her over $200 to replace a part THEY obviously broke. She doesn't do anything on her car. Why would the wires somehow be loose! ...SMH

I had the BEST car buying experience at Danvers Motor Co! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and appreciated but never pressured. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly, but especially Marae! She was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed by her! She answered all of my questions and made me feel right at home. I am so glad I bought my car from them and I will recommend everyone else I know do the same! No stereotypical car salespeople here, just friendly, knowledgeable folks offering a great deal and making the process of buying a car so much less stressful and more pleasant!

The service department at Danvers Ford is awful. They never answer the phone or call back. When you do finally talk to someone they are beyond rude and not helpful. They talk to women as if they are stupid and have no clue. Stoneham Ford has much better customer service.

I wouldn’t buy another truck there with my worst enemies money. I took delivery of my truck after waiting 10 days for certification. I immediately had issues with the brake assist having an error when I took delivery. I should have ran then. The day after the check engine light turned on for the knock sensor. Since then it has been repaired after two visits. I received it last night to only have the light turn back on for a crank sensor and to go into limp mode the very next morning. The truck is now on its way to them for the third time. However it’s “not a lemon because it hasn’t been the same exact issue three times”. Learn from my mistake and save yourself a headache. 2-24-24

There is no update it’s still sitting there.147 point certification apparently doesn't include anything worth while.

Today we had brought our GT Mustang in for an oil change. The check in area was hard to find. It took over 2 hours for an oil change, while you wait in an empty, uncomfortable lobby. No time expectancy was provided. Towards the end of the oil change they came out to provide an update that they tried to rotate the tires but couldn’t as the tires are different sizes because of the performance package. This was a little disturbing that it was not recognized prior to removing the tires. We also did not ask for the tires to be rotated. We will not be coming back to this dealership.

Better then other ford dealers in the area. Try to get Scott, he’s better then other two.
