Look at these reviews people. 2.7 is almost unconscionable. The problem starts from the management down. Try to actually get through on the phone, impossible. Employees are lazy, incompetent and inconsiderate. Even Corporate CVS puts up with this because nothing changes, it just gets worse. People, the only way to get some answers is go to other pharmacies and never turn back. WalMart and Target are so much more professional and that’s saying a lot. Prices are 100 times better and management really cares about the customer and both those places. The sales CVS have all over the store are for their benefit, never the customers. Three times on other emails I had asked for a manager to call me back. Bad reviews i left that were very warranted. Never heard from one. Over heard a manger complain to another manager on a customer who was very upset with their lack of competence and compassion. He laughs and says “she’ll probably be dead soon and out of our hair “. I was floored. He’s laughing after what he said, that’s just wrong. Stay away people, they don’t deserve your business one bit. CVS corporate obviously doesn’t either because look at these constant horrific reviews and they do nothing about it. Please people, there’s much better places out there who care about you and your family business. I promise you that. Take care.

Got a text from computer generated system today is last day to use 40 percent coupon off. Go in buy Mach 4 refill, licorice, mints Old Spice Body Wash. I tell female cashier put on the largest item I purchase. She says nothing, puts it all on the smallest purchase. Doesn't have the decency to explain this all to me. You've lost myself and all my family for life. Hope losing 6 adults and anyone I can tell this story to was worth it. I stopped going to your business for a long time, because of the deceptive sales and practices. Was hoping you changed but it has gone worse. Your prices are outrageous, that's what I do for a business. You're on the bottom of the list, should be ashamed of your practices. Disorganized wait for a flu shot and seems like a small location that may not have everything you need. They do have a minute clinic though.

The pharmacy is incredibly inconsistent. I've called to confirm my meds were in only to arrive 10 minutes later saying they looked at the wrong client or wrong medication. They don't post their closing hours and have left me without vital medications because of their mistakes. If I could get my specialty medication somewhere else, I would. But there's a disturbing monopoly on our health and well-being and CVS seems to capitalize on this, leaving sick people without help.

The worst CVS on the planet!! They NEVER answer their phone!! I have called on so many occasions to speak to the pharmacist and you can NOT get through!!!!!!!! I have to call a different CVS to speak to a different pharmacist even though my prescription is being filled by the Newbury st location. I am transferring it out of there and driving a distance for my own piece of mind! Horrible place!

How come you guys never pick up the phone??? I've had to come there just to ask a simple question that could've been answered over the phone. I like this pharmacy and the people who work here. But come on guys, just pick up the phone. I've been on the phone for over 20 minutes.

Very bad experience as a patient in the Minute Clinic of CVS. It was our first time to go to the Minute Clinic of CVS, so we had no idea how to make an appointment. Seeing the door was open, we knocked the door and asked the nurse practitioner how to make an appointment. The nurse practitioner was unhappy and told us the machine at the door can do. We expressed our thanks and made an appointment at 10: 40am, it was 9:20am at this time and there was no patient in her room. So we drove to Costco, and came back at 10:20am, later we tried to check in by using that machine at 10:35am (because we did not receive the appointment information message), but we could not find our appointment in the system, we tried more than three times. We were very anxious, so we knocked the door try to ask, the nurse practitioner opened the door, said there was a patient, we said we were very sorry and closed the door. After a while, the patient came out and the door was open. We hesitated for a while, but we finally try to ask her about our appointment was in her system or not. However, this nurse practitioner shouted at us suddenly to make an appointment and not to disturb her work even before we said a word. We were angry, too, and said you shouldn't treat patients this way. This nurse practitioner came out and found the CVS manager and told her about us interrupting her work, then left. After explaining the conditions to CVS manager briefly, we asked her to help us communicate with this nurse practitioner to check our appointment information. We never want to knock her door again. In the end, our appointment was canceled by this nurse practitioner. Her attitude was so bad. We did receive the cancel text. We decide never to go to this CVS Minute Clinic again.

Somebody has to take care of the kids and the COVID vaccine out to the public sounds nice but also a little weird but other than that they have everything including medicine and the staff is great for they are always willing to help with anything and the self checkout is great especially since it takes cash I do recommend it just be careful of the kids in there

I went to pick up my prescription today after work, but the pharmacy was completely closed at 6:00pm. The hours online and in the store said the pharmacy is open until 9:00pm during the week. This is unacceptable. I expected more from CVS.

I need to praise the beauty specialis, Denis, at this store! I thought I knew about skin care and have been spending so much money on products. Denise explained the products in depth to me that are sold at cvs. Now I only use those products and no longer spend 200.00 for a serum! I love her!! If I have any questions I just call her and she explains everything to me. She even helped me sign up on the app to receive coupons!! I think Denise is wonderful and I send all my friends to her to learn even though we all live far away! Thank you Denise!!!

Horrible!!! The worst store I've ever seen or dealt with! Every interaction at the pharmacy takes FOREVER.!!! Drive thru is worse! You can't see how many cars are there until you pull in and can't get out...I don't know if they're just ALWAYS extremely short staffed but I can't get in and out of here in at LEAST a half hour... OF WAITING Before even interacting with employees!! I've literally been sitting in the drive thru for 20minutes and only moved forward ONE car!! Unacceptable!! This is a regular occurrence, it's HORRIBLE! If it wasn't the only full service CVS in my area, I'd happily switch to another pharmacy!!
