Worst service possible no one knows the answer to anything there they like to blame everyone except themselves you don’t answer a phone you don’t do anything you call me saying you only have two days worth of my medication and then when I go to pick it up you magically have 30 what’s up with that then when asked how you got it the girl had no idea and couldn’t answer any questions now when I come to get the rest you tell me insurance won’t cover a refill when called my insurance and they say they do so maybe if you guys learned how to pick a phone up and talk to your customers we could figure out the real problem here now I understand mistakes happen but this is now the 4th time my medication I’ve been on for 2 years I can not get now due to the pharmacist

This pharmacy is currently very understaffed yet CORPORATE wants them to cut back on their hours further!!! It is not the pharmacy staffs fault that your prescriptions are late people!! Stop taking it out on them! The COMPANY doesn’t want to hire enough people for it to be staffed properly: this results in your pharmacy employees NOT taking a break and working through their lunch periods to fill prescriptions for you. They work non stop with no breaks, and prescriptions are still late because they don’t have enough employees, all while their regional manager is complaining that they’re over on hours. Start complaining to corporate and take your business elsewhere. How CVS treats their employees is inhumane

I would give this CVS pharmacy negative five stars. The pharmacy manger Olivia is incompetent, rude, and doesn’t care at all about customers or customer service. My husband had a surgery right across the street and the pharmacy had hours to fill the prescription but didn’t. They then closed for 30 minutes for lunch and when they reopened they said it would take another 30 minutes to fill the prescription. It took over 30 minutes and then the missed a medication. I had to go back to get the last one which they hadn’t filled. The pharmacist manager took her time to fill it - helping other customers first instead of filling the late and miss prescription and then made me stand in line again just to pay for it! By the end of my experience I was there for 90 minutes while my husband was in the car post operation. The pharmacy team knew that he was post operation and waiting for pain meds and that still didn’t give them any sense of urgency or care. What a terrible experience. I will never use this pharmacy again.

lady who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. She seems like she’s miserable at her job and should not be working there if she has an attitude problem. I think her name was Melanie just a heads up

Out of all surrounding facilities this is always the one pharmacy that literally never has any medications in stock they are all always on back order for an unknown amount of time. The pharmacy workers are nice but the facility itself is virtually useless.

Big CVS that does have at least 2 self-checkouts. Pharmacy is good but often very busy. I haven't interacted with staff often so I can't speak to those reviews.

I have been with this CVS for 15 years for the past year they have gone down hill the staff is rude and not helpful at all my meds are due I never get notifications anymore and when I call they either hang up or don't answer I have waited upwards of an hour to speak with someone it is time for me to say goodbye to to CVS

I'd give it negative stars if I could. Just spent almost 30 minutes waiting behind one customer in the drive-thru. I normally walk in, but had a special needs individual with me. I finally got out of my car to ask the woman in front of us is she were being helped. She was obviously upset. Then, suddlenly over the loud speaker, a store clerk rudely tells me that if I wanted service to park my car and come inside as the woman in front of me was waiting for her covid test. At the drive-thru??? WTH? NOTHING is posted outside about this. Bad service and rude on top of it. You just lost 3 (more) customers.

I've used this pharmacy since it opened approximately 14 years now. However over the past 3 months it's been the worst. The customer service has been terrible. They are under staffed. Always behind and regularly out of medications so they are only able to fill a portion of the script.
