Dog owners love this store and on any given day you will see them in the store - that's right, despite local, state and federal health laws - this store allows them every single day. Sadly my cats don't like shopping.

Very rude staff at Dunkin Donuts. Firstly he hid 20 feet away from the counter and was on his phone. He was not pleased when I asked for service. He did not like my emphasizing decaf instead of regular coffee. "I heard you the first time". Since I am courteous and friendly, getting back mean aggressive response is uncalled for. I know there is a labor shortage, but do the customer really have to endure this?

The main problem is that Management is not focused on the customer. One cashier Paul (short older guy) is slower than molasses and likes to strike up conversations with the customer....the problem is he is not capable of working while talking. Don't pick his checkout line even if it's the shortest. Avoid his line at all costs! Butcher/Seafood counter service is really mixed...ranging from excellent to awful.

I don't shop at stop and shop very often but when I do I always use the self checkout lane. This time I had a lot of food and a lot of veggies so I figured it would be easier to go to a person this time. When I came up to the cashiers register I noticed she was disinfecting it, so I waited for her to be done because I didn't want to put my items up on a wet belt. She hits me with "are you all set or what?" I say "oh sorry I didn't want to put my stuff down if you weren't done". No response. Oookay.. I start putting my stuff up. She asks if I have a phone number, again I don't shop there often so I decide to give my moms number and I start to say it and she cuts me off "type it in, nothings changed in the last 3 months". she could have said "oh just type it in over here on the pin pad" and I would have been fine. But that attitude made my grab my stuff right off the conveyer belt and go right to self checkout. Maybe you need to retrain cashiers some customer service because I will never go back to this location.

Usually I never put reviews up, but today it was more convenient to go to stop and shop instead of market basket (I was shopping for my mom who lives in Danvers). I wasn't sure how the lay out was due to the pandemic and I understand it may be stressful for the workers (I work at a grocery store myself), the way I was talked to twice by a worker managing the check out line was not friendly at all. I wasn't aware that the line was being regulated by her and it started in an aisle, and she did not speak to me the way a customer should be spoken to. Left very disappointed and felt a little d**** She could have been a lot more friendly instead of being rude in front of many customers. I knew I should've gone to market basket, very great customer service there.

This is the worst store I've ever been in. The staff are rude and act like they dont want to help. Some of the employees come across as bitchy and bossy. I will never shop at this store again, and will encourage everyone I know to avoid shopping here.

Pregnant woman are considered at high risk just like people over the age of 60.... you guys really should be allowing pregnant woman come early as well!

I have lived close by this stop and shop for a good 6 years, I am a frequent shopper here, out of convenience only!. I feel like every employee I have come across is miserable. I've called to complain a few separate times because of how awful it is. I'm done complaining and literally done shopping there. I work in revere and will resort to going to that one on my way home as I've done before. I don't know why I've given this location so many chances but I'm completely done after last night. No one there has an ounce of customer service skills not even the woman manager. Smh. She walks around mad at the world so I don't expect the employees to be any different. The vibe there is just awful! They all need customer service skills training, all of them!

The girl at the deli was a complete a********. We were waiting for confirmation on food allergies to decide which salad we were going to buy, and she said, "can I help you?" I said, "oh we are just waiting on food allergies..." Then before I could finish my sentence, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I watched as my boyfriend finished his phone call, and she said something to the other person behind the counter and hey both turned and laughed at me. She was a complete douchebag and should have some serious training on customer service!!

While I understand the reason the employees are on strike for a good reason, there is absolutely no reason for two male employees and a female employee to come into a family place of business where people bring their children and animals to shop in peace and harrass the customers and the groomer... I thought all involved were adults, but apparently stop and shop only employs overgrown adult children.... Will never shop there again, and I no longer support the stop and shop people on strike.....

Just wanna say how pleased I was at the deli this evening. I was grateful not to have to compete with a crowd, but mostly I was pleased with my server's attention to detail and desire to give me the best possible product. He showed me selections of what I had asked for and then gave me samples so I could approve the thickness. I felt totally catered to, which doesn't always happen at a busy deli! Thanks for superior service.
