Spent $273 on cigars. Dusted a few off. Didn't even get a free lighter, mind a cigar. Didn't expect to or need to but I was told no. Other places throw it in without asking or offering package deal discounts. I dont need anything for free, but know good customers from the others and try to keep their business. I guess a one time purchase of nearly $300 was enough rather than having me as a repeat customer. Just thought that was a decent size purchase.. Over charged on 1 by about $10. Could be an honest mistake, but no feedback.

Very Great service the manager Elia helped me out hugely. I don’t smoke cigars like that. BUT he helped me pick one out he knows his stuff. Really friendly & great deals at City smoke shop highly recommended.

Stop in to get a vape and the price was double the price anywhere else. Guess that's the last time I go there.

The Danvers store always looks spotless! And Sarah, Taron, and Elliot are the best. They are all incredibly helpful and patient when I have any questions, and extremely knowledgeable of their in-store products to get me what I need. Seeing them makes me look forward to going there, and it’s a store I recommend to anyone who asks me for vape store recommendations in the north shore!

Not worth it to buy glass here. They falsely advertised a glass piece as being from a famous glass blower. I bought what they claimed to be a Micro, got it home and noticed the signature on the bottom belonged to someone totally different. I contacted the artist, and he verified it was his art, not Micro's. After talking with the owner on the phone, he now acknowledges the piece is not from Micro but will not give a refund.
If you are looking for glass, you're better off going to Witch Dr. They have everything these guys have but are honest. Really bummed I had to find out like this that this City Smoke Shop is not a good business.
