The employees are unprepared. Any service is delayed. I have terrible experiences closing the online purchase and picking it up at the store. The employee's device who inspects at the exit of the store is always without battery. They are unprepared and arrogant in the situation. At Costco I never have problems. There are always problems here.

Great store with good prices for everything. I have been shopping here for 3 years now and I have had a great experience. Staff are helpful. Their prices are the lowest. They have good produce, food and other snacks

Costco charges more for a membership, many of their prices are higher yet their stores are always jammed packed while BJ's practically gives memberships away and their stores are empty. Why is that? I'll tell you. CUSTOMER SERVICE and SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, and this store is a prime example. The parking lot is o I gas pumps are the slowest around, frequently out of receipts or closed. Propane, one of the only reasons I go there is frequently out causing multiple trips. They are WAY understaffed. Just terrible. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere

Bought a pretty expensive couch set here. When it came time for me to pick it up they had no fork truck driver to load it in to my truck so I had to unload two pallets and make multiple trips. Workers were helpful but why was there no driver?

It would give my experience in the Danvers Tire Department a Zero if possible! Have to rate 1 to post.I'm a retired manager in retail. I've reported to the Danvers MA tire department 5 times and have yet to have tires installed. Every time I've gone to the tire department young gentlemen have been on phone or on computer for their personnel use.First arrived on 11-28-2023 and was told I had to order tires and schedule installation on line. Went home and ordered tires and scheduled tire installation for 12-14-2023 (Christmas Gift would be on time!!!) Stopped in again the first week of December to verify the order and installation date. Arrived at Danvers tire center for installation as scheduled (third visit). Was informed I had to take car to a mechanic and have lug nuts removed. Not surprised as this was an older vehicle, yet surprised as most tire shops can remove lug nuts? However did as technicians requested and went to a tire shop down the street and had new lug nuts installed. Returned to BJ's Danvers MA Tire Center (fourth visit) the following day and was informed the wrong tires were ordered. Went home and verified I had ordered the correct tire. BJ's had shipped incorrect tire. Returned 12-26-2023 (fifth visit) with my paperwork, which illustrated I ordered the correct tire. The technician stated I ordered the incorrect tire and had returned the tires. My card has not been refunded and tires were not installed. Nor has BJ's attempted to order the correct tiresHave been on the phone from 11:00 to 15:00 with 3 customer service representatives to resolve the issue. Customer Service representatives have been attentive, however I'm told will take 48 to 72 hours to escalate the issue for a resolution.I would highly deter purchasing tires from BJ's in Danvers.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at BJ's Wholesale Club in Danvers, MA. I initially ordered four tires on September 29, 2023, and scheduled my appointment for the following week. However, on three separate occasions, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that they had no record of my booking, or that they were closed due to staffing issues. What made this experience even more frustrating was the fact that they didn't have the decency to call and inform me of the situation. This has been the worst consumer experience I've ever had, and I would caution others to think twice before using their tire department.

They have very poor customer service. When I opened the packages of fresh produce, I realized that the quality was very bad. When I called, the customer service representative was not helpful and did not do anything to provide a refund.

Best place to deliver have overnight parking lady's are very nice took me before my appointment time in and out 30min
