I went in there today and requested help for a new router and clearly stated that it has to be compatible with Xfinity ... The technician sold me a router that is not designed for coaxial cable. Horrible service and now I have another errand to return the device back to the vender. Thank goodness a new cable and adapter brought my internet back as I work from home.

Wish I could give a zero..purchased an oculus for my son last Tuesday. Was told Saturday pickup in store. It’s Monday, they don’t have it and was just told I probably won’t get one as they are sold out. Just wasted a week waiting for one.

I had a disappointing experience at the Best Buy in Danvers, MA, especially during what should have been an exciting shopping trip. I went in to trade in some old devices and purchase new iPads, lured by a promising promotion. However, the visit quickly turned frustrating. Initially, I was asked to wait in a specific area, only to be redirected to the checkout for the trade-in, which was a confusing start. The associates seemed perplexed by the trade-in process themselves, which did not inspire confidence. Furthermore, despite my capability to handle data migration, they insisted on charging me a fee for the Geek Squad to do it, which struck me as unnecessary and a stark contrast to the complimentary service I've experienced at cell phone carriers and the Apple Store. The lack of knowledgeable staff and inflexible policies have dissuaded me from returning to this Best Buy location.

Customer service depends on who you ask. Don't be afraid to ask more than one person. Some don't want to be bothered, they don't understand that they are in the people buisineses, not the electronics buisineses. Martin- up !!!!

Place has lots of hands on items to try them out like play around with the newer phones and watched and tables; they also have a lot of the newer glasses, meta verse items there too; staff is knowledgeable and polite at least the ones I encountered were!

The experience is mostly always fine but today was a clear example of the importance of the floor reps not concerned with what you need but what best buy wants you to buy. I was point blank lied to about the availability of a product in Store even after asking about the said item. I'll happily use my TV and let others know they are not there to help you.

Ginger male with black Best Buy shirt had a really big attitude and didn’t want to help me at all, any question I asked about the laptops had a quick response with attitude. Was always on his phone watching TikTok’s and had to be told me help me by one of his co-workers. I had to beg for his attention. Wanted me to pay for a product without me even looking at it or touching the product. As a customer of Best Buy for over 20 years this is really disappointing. I’ll think twice before ever stepping foot in there again.

Everyone here was nice! Lots of cluttered shelves and things in the wrong place, but honestly that's probably the general publics fault. Overall a great best buy location

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTRONICS FROM BEST BUY DANVERS MA. THEY RIP YOU OFF. I bought a pair of JVC Ear buds, and 1 side didn't work. I returned them to the store, 1 week after their 15 day return policy. they would refund me because the box was open and it was a week late. Stole my money by selling me a defective product.

This Danvers location needs help. After listening to the recording that they are open today, this Sunday, and then being on hold for almost 20 min., I new recording says they are closed - and then click! Yelp will have to start allowing 0 stars!

Once again, the shelves were empty of a lot normally stocked items, and they were selling overstocked items like window and floor AC's lower grade flat panel TV's. Consumers need to be aware of the brands and what CR tells them of good, better, and best in the lines from these manufacturers.
