It’s always a great experience to bring my dog in. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Would go anywhere else.

PLEASE BEWARE so you do not have the same heartache. They neglected to tell me my dog had 1st stage kidney disease where you can take steps to slow the progress for up to years. and since I was NEVER TOLD even after asking how the blood work looked????? Now after the visit to MAss Vet Emergency - Its too late only months later. It happened suddenly within a week and no warning and all I can do now is watch my dog die and say goodbye. The deal you think you're getting is a very very bad deal. I;ve read bad reviews too and ignored them That was a GRAVE mistake

The best Banfield in the area! we've been going here for a few years and no complaints. Big thanks to the front desk staff for keeping an eye on the cancellations this week and getting my dog in asap to get his injury looked at. The vet here is super nice and friendly, the nurses are all great too

They take the best care of my two furbabies and are always very accommodating when I need an appointment. I would definitely recommend the wellness plan because it makes things so much easier

Please don’t take your pets to this location, or any of the locations. They tried to claim today that my dog that is nine years old was not my pet, but he had been there before but not us.I would not trust them with any animals.

They literally never answer the phone during normal business hours, it’s infuriating I called at least 10 times with no answer. This happens more often than not.

Made an appointment for my cat 2 months prior over the phone to get an INTERNATIONAL travel certificate for Europe. Spoke on the phone for about an hour to ensure I had the correct information and did not leave anything out as I will be going away for 4 weeks to visit family, and do not want anything to go wrong in terms of bringing my cat. I was told there will be a 75$ visit fee and a 150$ fee for the certificate, that the appointment needed to be within 10 days of our departure, and that they needed her records.I went to the appointment yesterday with my cat, an hour away to be completely disappointed and absolutely failed by this business. Upon my arrival, they couldn't locate her records, which were sent over by her regular vet. I had to clarify that it was sent via the email that they provided for me, which I had to call and ask about. After about 5 minutes of looking, they found her files and gave me a paper to fill out. It was rather confusing and the staff gave minimal explanations or help. After finally finishing the paperwork, I went over the cost of everything with one of the staff. She told me it would cost $473. I was very taken back as I thought it would be 75+150, as I was told over the phone. She proceeded to tell me that my cat needed 2 vaccines (understandable), a microchip (which was never discussed, and I was told it was NOT needed over the phone), and that the certificate was very expensive. I told her that when I made the appointment I was told it was 150$ and she quickly brushed it off by saying "thats for interstate" (within the US) I explained that thats what I was told over the phone while booking the appointment when I clearly stated it was international, and she laughed and said "oh that person you talked to is new, sorry about that". I was annoyed, but decided to proceed since I didn't have any other option as my departure was in 7 days. As more time went on, one of the vets came to speak with me and states that since she is getting her rabies vaccine, she will need to wait 21 days until she can travel to Europe, as these were their guidelines apparently. I was never made aware of any of this and was extremely confused. She told me "we can proceed and get this done, but there is a very high chance that you cat will need to be quarantined in the European country in a shelter for 21 days after the administration of the vaccine." That is when everything came crashing down. I was completely shocked and extremely confused as this was the first time hearing this information so close to the day we were leaving. They were extremely rude and like non-understanding at all. I was on the verge of tears in the middle of the office. They didnt tell me about the 21 days thing, they said the appointment needs to be within 10 days of our departure. If I knew about the 21 day policy, I would have gotten her to get the vaccine 21 days prior. On such short notice, I have been forced to try to come up with a plan on what to do with my cat, who has separation anxiety, for the 4 weeks I will be gone. Being from Albania, I don't have any family here, which is why I was going back to visit them and was preparing to bring my cat with me. The last words the vet said was "Well you can blame Albania" as she shrugged her shoulders and laughed it off. I have since been scrambling for a way to keep my cat safe and healthy while I am gone on such extreme short notice. The staff showed zero compassion and did not care about how bad they messed up, and completely ruined my plans. Extremely unprofessional, clearly have very poor training on new staff members, and outright disgusting the way they did not care in the slightest bit about how this will affect me and my cat. These people don't care about you, or your pets. They want your money

I would love to give higher, but I am frustrated as I started coming here few years ago and my dog had a small bump on his eye, they said they could remove it during dental cleaning for a few hundred dollars, but I waited thinking it may go away. What happened was it got much bigger and is now so big they can’t remove it. It is really bothering him and now we probably have to pay thousands to have it removed.I really wish a dr or someone would have suggested having it removed letting me know this could happen. It’s very frustrating and makes me feel like they do not take the time to give the full care pet owners deserve.

The staff is great. I do wish they did emergency care/sick visits. The monthly plan works best for me as I have 3 pups, very affordable for vaccines and medical exams every 6 months. Always caring doctors and medical assistants!
