I freguented many nail salons until I first went to Angel Nails & Spa in danvers, ma in July 15, 2018. Since that time I have never even thought of going to another salon. Each time I have a manacure or pedicure it is always perfect--no issues. Robert and Angel work so well together. You came to Angel Nails and Spa on 05/11/2022, and today, 05/20/2022, after almost ten days, you filed a complaint with us about services.We were happy to offer you to fix some nails because we want to create a good relationship with our customers. However, you denied it and asked for a completely free service.As a long-established, we do everything to build a good relationship with our customers. I’ve been here a couple times, the place is not bad never to busy (now I see why) but I stopped going when I realized my acrylic nails were ALWAYS lifting and I had just got them done only a week in and my nails were ready to fall off!! I had told them about it and they didn’t seem to care not only did they not care but tried to tell me I was *wrong* and didn’t want to give me a new fill… they don’t close till 7 and told me they couldn’t take me because it was 6 but yet they told me to come in? When I told them my concerns and told me I would take my service elsewhere they didn’t care and the man was very rude about it! I’m now at a nail salon that closes at 7 is very busy and squeezed me in STILL even after closing soon and how busy they are…. Now that’s customer service!?Services: Pedicures

Robert and Angel are amazing. Have certainly missed our regular visits since COVID-19 March shutdown. They are and have been back since June. All guidelines being followed. Great way to kick off our 48th anniversary this morning with a 10:00 am appointment for John and me

Awful service..the man kept burning my toes with curer and did not trim any callous off my toes nor clean under my toenails..then charged me 53$!!..horrible job..i keep asking for the manager and they keep hanging up on me..!
