Hi, I was looking a lot on CT state for Chrysler! I bought Chrysler 2018 touring. I just wanted to thank Dalton Auto Express. They are family business.The owner Elie I meet him for 30 seconds to shake hands and talk about the car which I felt comfortable.I told him I’m buying before even checking the car yet. Very honest, helpful, clear info and car history.He felt the car gas tank and gave me all paperwork need it which was organized by Alex and Melissa too.Really happy to find that kind people honest in business.I’m very grateful and really Highly Recommend Dalton Auto Express.ThanksHany Hammad

We just got our 2021 Nissan Rogue SL from them! Joe and the entire crew were amazing to work with in every way. The level of friendliness and professionalism in what all of them do was off the charts! They made the entire process of our trade in painless and simple. I’ve never been to a used car dealership with vehicles in such show room condition on display. From the sale to the paper work to the detail on the vehicle they got a 10/10 across the board. Easiest review to write. No gimmicks, no haggling, nothing but friendly clean business. They only have quality vehicles that speak for themselves so there is no sales pitch, just service. Joe is as friendly and personable as can be and Melissa is squared away with the paperwork. I came from VT on a Thursday and drove the truck home on Friday. Melissa emailed me late Thursday evening stating everything that needed to happen for me to leave with the truck Friday because I was in a pinch. Friday was just follow through per the email and the deal was done. My wife and I actually hung out and chatted with them as friends for almost an hour afterwards. Friendly, clean business. Google should allow 6 stars for these guys.

I bought my last 3 cars from ELI - You get honesty ..intergrity and friendly. NO hidden charges, NO BS document fees. Cars are always of the finest quality and he stands behind his product. Even it might be beyond HIS warranty. IF you should have any issues he takes care of them. We will always get our cars from him. Great guy and great family
