“Absolutely love everyone at Indie Auto. I recently moved to the area, and both wanted and needed a new mechanic(s) that I could actually TRUST to work on my Volvo. Extremely happy with everything about my experience.
I brought my 2001 V70 T5 to them with the intent to stop the many oil leaks, which they did very successfully. What I already asked was a somewhat large job, but they replaced many other worn and leaking parts while already in there. Even being sent pictures of the car as it was worked on with updates was awesome. Very good quality work, Greg and Brian know EVERYTHING Volvo & Saab. My new go-to, I can't recommend everyone at Indie Auto more! 10/10.”

“I had a less than positive experience after my first encounter at Bob’s, and I had contemplated coming back to get my sticker on my car once the issue it was failed for had been fixed.I decided to go, seeing as at that point all they had to do was recognize I had fixed the issue.This time I was greeted by someone when I arrived. “We needed a headlamp replaced on a 2005 Honda Accord that was especially difficult to get to. Another place gave an estimate of 1-3 hours for the job, at $90/hour, and leaving the car there. For a headlight!!!John had it fixed in 15 minutes while we waited, for a fraction of the other estimate. And he fixed a burned-out backup light as we were leaving at no charge. Finding a good mechanic you can trust? Priceless.”

“Like many I'm sure, I was sent to Naps by Beth at the Vehicle Inspection Center. Completely free of charge they took off my old plates and reattached the new ones. Did I mention the screws were rusted and fused to the plate and plate holder? Front and back. “I had some small dents, mainly on the hood of my car after a hail storm and took it to an autobody shop for repair. They said they’d need to replace the hood and paint the vehicle. I felt that was a bit excessive for about 15-20 small dents but the technician explained they don’t “push out” dents at his shop. I said something to the receptionist and she gave me the names of two other autobody shops nearby which might repair the dents without having to replace the hood. I read reviews and chose Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision in Hatfield, MA. Matt at Full Tilt said they do have someone who handles dents and after looking at the car said that would be the way to go. He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything and more. The receptionist, Katherine, was also very helpful, personable and responsive. I picked up my car recently and it looked like it did when I drove it off the lot when it was new. The outside looks great and they detailed the inside—clean as a whistle. Definitely recommend Full Tilt.”
