I have been using Village Cleaners since I moved to town. I find the people to work there are pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My items have always come out clean and they can also do minor repairs. I would recommend using this business as your local dry cleaner!

This is the only place I trust to do my alterations. They are extremely professional and my garments always are perfect when returned to me. My daughter and I both are amazed with the quality of the work here and have had many difficult request including hemming a sequined prom dress that was done meticulously. Time and time again I come here to get jeans, sweatpants, skirts, etc. tailored and they do a WONDERFUL job. I am consistently impressed with the quality of work and turnaround time. They are also much cheaper than other options in Concord (at least for the things I've gotten tailored). They have always worked with me to find the best ways to tailor my items and how to do it most cost-effectively. They've really gained my trust over the years. I will always come back here and very highly recommend!!

Village Cleaners is wonderful. Meticulously done work and quick service. More than one loose button has come back tightened up without comment or cost. She has done a number of alterations well. And then there are the several times when my antique jewelry has been returned before I realized it was missing. They have my trust.

The owner goes out of her way to to restore, clean and alter clothing that I thought I could never wear again. My sometimes seemingly impossible requests are done with a smile at a more than reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. In a word, it is the best service around!

I have been coming here for the last 15 years and have had nothing but great results! The owner is a very nice woman who has always provided a pleasant and honest experience. She always go out of her way to have my sometimes unique requests completed. Can't recommend this place enough.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Village Cleaners. Their service is relatively quick as well. One particularly great aspect is the superb tailoring/alterations that are also available. I have been able to get very nice work done quickly, from simple pants hemming to suit alterations, to very complicated alterations of outerwear -- for example they can alter sleeves on jackets that have complex cuffs and closures so you cannot tell they were ever altered.

I have takend my items here and have tried to give this place a chance. I have had buttons melted and cracked and I was told: "Contact the company sometimes they will send you buttons". The prices are the highest in town. A dress is $1 more and mens dress shirts are 25 cents more...it adds up! Sorry Village Cleaners until you provide better service and lower your prices this customer won't be leaving my new dry cleaners anytime soon.
