Nancy did an amazing job bleaching my roots! The location is very easy to get to via commuter rail and on a main road for easy access.

Used to go here all the time when I was a kid this place is straight fire giving me the most fresh cuts. I was getting all the ladies when I went here, even some guys. This place is great. Give it a try!

A few months ago, I figured I'd give this place a try. Made an appointment for a wash, cut and blow dry. The woman who did my hair didn't ask any questions of how I wanted my hair, just how much I wanted off. She was kind of rude in subtle ways. She rushed through my hair which has been unbearable to style with numerous uneven layers she gave me. The good tip I gave definitely wasn't earned. The dimensions of my hair have been a mess since I left. It's on par with Supercuts.

I really like starz salon, they've never given me a bad cut, they're very nice and accommodating and not too expensive

On their website they state that they use Goldwell hair color. However, They do not use Goldwell hair products anymore. Also, the stylist was nice but seemed very inexperienced and I had to return to the salon to have my hair fixed because the hair color did not cover my grays. I suspect she may have used a semi permanent hair color by mistake the first time. When I went back to have my color redone the color did work however they now use wella hair color and it did not look as good or cover my grays as well as Goldwell does. In fact it has only been a couple weeks and the hair color already seems to be fading. Additionally the color has a penny color tint to it that I specifically stated I wanted to avoid.

First time at this location and will not be going back. I have never written a bad review on a facility. The receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and non accommodating for there delay. They were running behind. We were fine with waiting. At the very last minute she insisted to change our appointment or reschedule. Maybe she was having a really bad day. Very unfortunate. The receptionist was very rude. The cut was average.

I've been a client of Starz Salon (both Sudbury and Concord) for approximately 15 years. I get a cut, color, and blow-dry every 8 weeks or so. For most our time as a Starz clients, my sister, mother, and I have been using Amy in the Concord location. She is absolutely fabulous - professional, creative, knowledgeable, friendly, and she does an EXCELLENT job. Due to a recent move, they are now an hour away from me and I'm happy to make the trek. The staff at Starz is friendly and social without being too chatty that work gets ignored, the salon is extremely clean, comfortable, and the product offerings are top-notch. Every stylist I've talked to or used has been awesome. They remember the clients, ask all the right questions, and never ever do a hard products push. Parking is a cinch in West Concord and you can even shop at the infamous 5 & 10 if you get there early. They call to confirm appointments which is also very helpful. You really can't go wrong with Starz Salon.
