“I've used a competitor, and I prefer Public Storage. Specifically this Lex St location: it's super clean and super secure, easy to get in and out, bathroom is always clean, with staff that have gone above and beyond -- what more could you ask for? Specifically, when setting up my account, Bill (a property manager from Somerville, who was subbing at Waltham, hi!) helped me out in a specific sticky situation and he was an absolute gem! He understood my issue and helped come up with a solution -- 5 star customer service! I was very grateful and have been recommending this location to friends moving this fall. Then the day of my move-in, Harry gave me a tour and was extremely personable, quick, and clear with what I needed to know and do moving forward. They run a great facility!”

“Have been with SROA Littleton, MA for over 2 years. Had a debit card expire and forgot to update the auto-pay. Manager Josh sent an email notifying me of the late fee and then waived it as soon as I updated the card. Anytime I've had any questions, Josh has been very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.”

Matias made himself available, worked with me to make sure I had what I needed (including by transferring my unit last minute when it turned out I needed more space), and he helped make sure I was purchasing units in the most efficient way possible. He saved me time. He saved me money. He gave me peace of mind. You can't put a price on that.”
“Did a 24/7 U-Haul box truck rental. Truck was there, clean, with rented equipment, and pickup process was clear and easy (not always the case from past experiences at other U-Haul locations).”

After some horrific experiences with other businesses around the area the third time proved to be the charm. My wife and I put a deposit on a unit over the computer at public storage in Westford. When we showed up they wanted a list of what items we were going to store. We said no they said we couldn't rent there. Next stop was sav-space in Littleton where we were greeted by an a man looking as if he was just paroled. This greeter didn't know anything, his words, he was just there to keep people there until the owner made her way down. We left there quickly. Arrived at main st mini storage where Marcia, pretty sure that's her name, took wonderful care of us. Showed us bigger units than the other places suggested in our price range with a smile and information to answer any questions. When we started moving things in we got to meet Kate who carried along the torch of professional and courteous care.”
“Place works great. Service is great as well. The only thing is that they increased the price of my unit with out any notice ( I know it is in the contract) but increasing to almost to double... it was not nice. After I presented a claim they gave me a better rate.”

“Extremely responsive and excellent customer service. I have a very tight driveway and VODS came over immediately to review the layout and the possibility of bringing us a storage unit. When they delivered the unit, they were extremely careful and cautious and positioned the storage unit perfectly. And when I asked them to come pick up the unit, they were incredibly responsive. My experience with VODS has been pretty amazing.”
