Cuts through red tape, pro-actively fills prescriptions for drugs in short supply, facilitates substitutions when drugs are unavailable, regards the customers as his patients, which they are. Such personalized attention is almost impossible to find these days. Well worth the one minor nuisance here (pharmacy section closed on weekends).”

“The CVS in Concord, MA is like almost every other CVS: they have the standard products, a pharmacy, give out vaccinations, etc. The pharmacists are generally very good. The clerks are fine, too. People are complaining for no reason here - you are going to a retail pharmacy, not booking a room at the Ritz Carlton.”

“Switched to West Concord pharmacy recently, we have been extremely happy with them. They have the perks of the larger chains but with a more personal, local feel. The other day, I forgot my wallet, and only had a few bucks on me. The clerk just spotted me the money for a product I really needed at the time to help me out (I paid her back the next day)!”
