Cuts through red tape, pro-actively fills prescriptions for drugs in short supply, facilitates substitutions when drugs are unavailable, regards the customers as his patients, which they are. Such personalized attention is almost impossible to find these days. Well worth the one minor nuisance here (pharmacy section closed on weekends).”

“The CVS in Concord, MA is like almost every other CVS: they have the standard products, a pharmacy, give out vaccinations, etc. The pharmacists are generally very good. The clerks are fine, too. People are complaining for no reason here - you are going to a retail pharmacy, not booking a room at the Ritz Carlton.”

“I chose the West Concord Pharmacy to pick up my medications because of its location, between Emerson hospital and my home. My meds were ready when i walked into the store, straight ahead was the counter and at least two people behind it ringing up customers, I quickly paid and left. Over time i learned to renew my meds over the phone easily, and soon the clerks recognized me as I walked in, and had my prescription at the counter by the time i got there. You can count on efficient and friendly service at WCP, in a timely fashion. Prices on otc goods are modest as well, a surprise for the area!”
