“I want to start off by thanking Anja and Alex for helping me today. I have been looking for metal cat food bowls so I can reuse them, and they took a lot of time and effort to find them for me. Absolutely the most kind and friendly people. The store is clean and organized. I came in looking for cat bowls and also left with a cat cooling mat just in time for summer. I’ve been to Pet Smart and Pet Co but the level of customer service was just so amazing here. They made an instant fan out of me and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you Anja and Alex you guys are so awesome!!!”

“I love that we have this small pet supply store in our town (Billerica) the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and well maintained. What I need is always in stock and I have a variety of pets with varying needs, from a turtle, lizard, snail, hamster and cats.”
“I have volunteered as a dog walker at Buddy Dog for the last few months and I have the highest respect for this organization. The people who work there seem incredibly dedicated and thoughtful about the animals. I am impressed by their continuing and mindful care of animals that are less likely to be adopted because of age or breed. It is a well lived-in space and the staff seek opportunities to give the shelter animals opportunities to safely and comfortably come out of cages as much as possible. I think all of the staff work long hours and have made a long term commitment to this organization which speaks volumes about Buddy Dog. I have a rescue at home who is not good with other dogs or I would likely have adopted many, many of their fine pups by now. I recommend Buddy Dog highly.”
“Great store, with friendly employees and vast selection of pet food, treats, toys and anything one might need. They even have a cute selection of baked treats for special occasions.There is even a groomer, and they offer loads of classes, too. Our pup isn't really used to being groomed, and being a short haired chiweenie he doesn't even need it that much, but we like to treat him from time to time. Abbey is the most patient, sweet groomer there is and we couldn't be happier with her.”

“What a fun place to spend time on a wintry morning! My son promised me great bagels and croissant sandwiches, spot on. Live music, cheese, mushrooms, maple wine, pasties, plus 4 food trucks (canolis were awesome!). This is unlike any garden center I know!”

“We love Fetch It! We will not take our 135lb Great Dane anywhere else! Gage is always happy, calm and smells fantastic when we pick him up. He normally gets anxious leaving our property … going to the vet… or just being separated from us. He does not do well behind closed doors or in crates -he escapes! However…No anxiety with Fetch It! We will be back again and again. ”

“I bought my very first Betta fish about 6 weeks ago at a different location. Since then I've been sampling other local pet shops, learning by browsing the isles to see what is out there for small aquariums. The other day I visited this location and WOW do they have a lot of fish supplies! Almost everything I have seen online! What I really liked was the selection of small live plants, way more that the other location I visit. Their selection of live Betta was also pretty good, considering they temporarily live in little containers. The store was clean and not stinky at all. Their parakeets were very active and chatty. Staff was so-so, but I didn't interact with them much. The parking lot is a nightmare, but that isn't their fault. Just keep a sharp eye out while navigating the lot...”

Owner was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable- I loved that he knew where every single animal and plant came from, and he worked with local breeders. A great place to support your community! And some pretty neat little finds you don't get at box stores.”
“Easy to find what I need.for my dog. She gets the regular large breed kibble from Purina, and the store stocks two sizes. I know where the bags are and what I want.I've tried ordering from Amazon for the convenient delivery, but my experience is that Amazon ships whatever they like. It's always been Purina, but some types that my dog is not used to and doesn't like.Petco is nearby, and I often stop on my way to or from the kennel in Watertown where she boards and gets daily playtime. Petco staff is great!”
