59 Thoreau St, Concord“I have used them for many years and have only had a problem once or maybe twice. And, that is in probably 30 years. They are wonderful, friendly, and get it back when the said. Their workmanship has been outstanding. When they can't get something clean, they tell me. I appreciate their honesty. Thank you.”
“The five star reviewer makes perfect sense, sounds articulate and realistic. The couple that work there show kindness welcoming and sincerity to everyone who crosses into their doorway. When I need to wait in line, I watch how they interact with politeness, with the other customers, regardless if customers fail to respond with kindness. Most customers interact with friendliness and good humor and this couple treat every customer like a good neighbor. The reasonable prices and quality hand work prove them to be the best dry cleaner in town. The wife, who is there on Wednesdays, does all the alterations. She measures and pins with the precision. She double checks with every customer to make sure the fitting is exactly how they want it and if they decide they want it looser or longer, she obliges with a smile and patience. How anyone can write a negative report about this business baffles me. I wonder if these folks patronized this business ..or fabricated their experience. As a discerning customer, I recommend this small, reliable business for any dry cleaning or tailoring needs with full earnestness.”
“Totally sweet and helpful! I needed some help with measurements on the fly and they took the time to help me throughly! My husband and I use their cleaning regularly as well and have never had a problem.”
“Clean, quiet, safe place to do laundry. Been coming here weekly for almost a year and have never had problems with any of the machines.Small washers are $3.75, medium are $6, and large are $7. They take around 20-30 mins for one complete cycle. Dryers are 25 cents per 5 mins. Quarter machines take $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills, which is convenient. They also have detergent & other laundry products available to buy there.Seems to be busiest on weekend evenings, but even then there's enough machines that I barely have to wait for one to open up.”
